We logged in in July 2026. After a few hiccups during our initial visit, everything was resolved thanks to the dedicated and sincere help of Ms. Cansu from Human Resources. Compared to many other hotels, the pool and the sea are excellent. The food at the themed dinners was delicious. The staff are excellent and helpful. There were no problems with room cleaning. Overall, we are leaving the hotel satisfied. Once again, many thanks to Dobedana and especially to Ms. Cansu.

First of all, the attention we received from the moment we checked in was top-notch. Mr. Levent personally and warmly took care of us. Our room was cleaned daily, the minibar was replenished, and all the housekeeping staff were quick and friendly to our requests. The food was quite varied and fresh. We were satisfied with everything: meats, appetizers, desserts, fruits, etc. On a Turkish night, we witnessed a variety and quality of food that exceeded our expectations. There was a wide selection of snacks, and the staff were efficient. The à la carte options are a must-try; our favorite was the French one. The shows in the Dobedan arena, the live music in the evening, and the DJ party area were excellent. The fact that the hotel's majority of guests are Russian only caused us some difficulty with the Russian songs, but it wasn't a major issue. The service in all the bars, especially the Cinna Bar, was excellent. We would like to especially thank Eda Yaşar, a staff member at the Cinna Bar; she was very friendly and helpful. The animation team, especially Mr. Aziz, were all very entertaining and friendly. The pastry section was also varied and... It was fresh. The pool was clean and spacious. There were many activities for families with children, but we can't comment on them as we didn't have a young child. The sea was choppy, so we couldn't swim much. It was a very comfortable holiday experience that exceeded our expectations.

We were very pleased with the attention we received from Mr. Yusuf regarding the change of room upon arrival at the hotel, the friendliness of all the hotel staff, and especially the care shown by Ms. Ceren Sevgi from day one. We will definitely be back next year.
