Crystal Family Resort And Spa

We had a wonderful family holiday at Crystal Family. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get to many places. The rooms were nice and we were pleased with the overall cleanliness. The food was delicious and varied enough. The sea was clean and pleasant. We had no problems finding pools or sun loungers. This hotel is particularly suitable for families with children. The water slides were also a lot of fun for both children and adults. We would also like to thank Emir and Muhittin, who work in the bar section. Their friendly, attentive, and guest-focused approach made our holiday even more enjoyable. The only negative experience we had was that our room wasn't cleaned because we overslept one day. Despite reporting the situation to the lobby, no cleaning was done that day. Apart from that, we were generally satisfied. We believe this hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering the services it provides, and we would recommend it for families with children.

The hotel is very good, with excellent nightlife, a great pool, and high-quality food. The only downside is that the sea gets very wavy in the afternoons and can get dirty, with trash washed ashore by the waves. The sea is also very pebbly, so I recommend wearing water shoes. There are no barriers between the hotel and neighboring hotels on the beach side, and there's a small parking area between the hotels, although vendors and others come from there, but Crystal's security guards keep them away. In the evenings, there are different activities for both children and adults. The hotel also has a kids' club that entertains the children a lot. There are very few Turkish guests; generally, the hotel has Russian and other foreign guests. The food is very varied, except for breakfast, which has a repeat selection. There's also dinner, lunch, late-night meals, and even sushi. The pool bar is open 24 hours. Overall, the hotel is excellent and worth every penny.

I was here for a week now and can only say that I had one of the best vacations in this week, there were problems with the rooms at the beginning but thanks to the night manager Sametaw Dogan who was reachable every night the problem was resolved very quickly, in addition he also approached one with an open ear and inquired if one had any problems.
