Good time, man. I've been to this hotel with my mother and daughter. And I have something to write:
1. When checking in, we were offered to check into another hotel from the same chain, arguing that it was better. However, I decided to look at this hotel's rankings, which turned out to be worse. Although I was assured this hotel was better. We ended up being checked into a hotel that we paid for.
2. Total lack of cleaning. No room has ever been cleaned since we were in this hotel. Moreover, no garbage was thrown out, and no new toilet paper was even brought in, you had to apply to the reception to get it out. What about replacing towels and bed linen? We approached the problem and were told that the clean-up would take place, but it never happened. We had to move the garbage outside the room ourselves.
3. The attitude towards the Russians in the bar. They have glasses, glasses with the hotel logo. Foreigners stood in front of me, drinks poured in branded glasses bearing the hotel emblem, when the turn reached me, realizing that we were from Russia, the waiter DEMONSTRATIVELY poured me a drink into a disposable plastic cup. Thus showing no respect for the Russians.
4. Food is normal, food dots are enough. I won't say it's delicious, but you won't stay hungry.
5. The sea. It's beautiful, but it has nothing to do with the hotel.
