The hotel really liked it. Nice territory. Several swimming pools with a depth suitable for children. Slides. Gorgeous beach - cleaned daily, fine sand, sea with smooth setting - ideal for children. Separately about nutrition - a very good choice for all meals: lots of fruit, several meats, fish daily. The animation is not intrusive, but active. The evening shows are super beautiful and interesting.

Good evening, First of all, the hotel is very clean, has very good food and drinks, and the housekeeping ladies are very clean, helpful, and listen when you need something; it is fulfilled immediately, everything is done. You are treated like a princess here. Then I would like to give a good compliment to the service area, as the service staff is great, very nice, attentive, and always makes sure that you have food, drinks, and that plates are cleared away, working with great attention. Especially the ladies Fatmagül, Buse, Leyla, and Cansala, those are the waitresses. Then from the department of lifeguards, they are simply the best lifeguards there have ever been. Their names are Mehmet, Yusuf, and Emircan; those are two brothers. I don't remember their names anymore; those are two brothers. One of the brothers is the boss. They are the best lifeguards; they are understanding and helped me a lot because I was very scared for my children. They were always there when you needed them. They are simply the best lifeguards. Then there is the reception; the manager is also very nice, helpful, and very accommodating. If you need help or have questions, they listen, all the staff. One of the staff members is named Emre, Ihsan, Jadra, Elnura; that is the reception. Then they have a zoo that is beautiful, where they have very nice animals. So I am totally thrilled. I go every day, especially to greet the monkeys; I am completely in love. And there is the boss, Emrah. And the lady, the veterinarian, the doctor, or the nurse, they are so great; they also helped us and allowed the children to feed the animals. Simply super great. Then there is the lady who takes care of the guests, with a very big heart. She is one of the best, they are all top-notch here, but Sevval is one of the best. We felt completely comfortable, as if we had known each other for many years. Helpful, she listens, she is simply perfect. And she speaks German, Turkish, several languages. And she is the only lady who can speak German here in the entire hotel. Simply highly recommend this hotel. But as I said, in any case, when we leave here now, we are very sad because we are leaving such wonderful people behind, but I will stay in touch with several of them. And one of them is Sevval, whom I truly hold very dear in my heart. All the staff are simply wonderful. But Sevval feels like family to us. She really listens, she fulfills every wish. She has a big heart, she listens and tries to help. And every time only positive news, I can say. To all the staff, once again, many heartfelt thanks for the wonderful stay, it was very nice with you, you are the best... I want to sincerely thank the super talented chefs and all the staff working in the kitchen for the wonderful care and outstanding service. They created a miracle every evening. The food was simply great, something different every day. They had a theme every evening: Turkish cuisine, Ukrainian cuisine, Asian cuisine, Mexican cuisine – they really created a miracle. The chefs were incredibly attentive. They were always in the restaurant, checking to see if everything was sufficient. Simply great, one cannot say anything negative at all. Highly recommended. We were very, very satisfied with everything.

We really enjoyed this hotel! Excellent service, attentive staff, fine restaurants and bars. The zoo and water park were particularly impressive - they made the holiday even more bright and interesting. We had a great time and got a lot of positive emotions. Separately, I want to note the building "Jasmine" - very quiet, cozy and comfortable. We would love to come back here again and recommend this hotel to friends and loved ones!
