I honestly didn't like the DJ's music performance by the pool; he always plays the same songs. Manifesto is fine, but I find the song transitions ridiculous. Also, there are no trash cans next to the sun loungers. Apart from that, it's a nice hotel, thank you.

Everything was wonderful. We really liked the housekeeping, the cleaning, and the food. The pools were adequate and clean, there are many pools. The beach and the sea were beautiful and clean. The cleaning staff were polite and competent.

🌟 Impeccable Service and a Wonderful Holiday Experience We are checking out of the hotel today, and while it's still fresh in our minds, I want to share a detailed summary of our 8-night stay, hoping it will serve as a guide for those considering this hotel. ✅General Area and Welcome The hotel is built on a very large area. Thanks to this, even when the facility is completely full, you definitely don't feel crowded; the spaciousness makes you feel comfortable. ✅From the moment we entered, we were greeted with a friendly and warm welcome. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. ✅I would especially like to thank our valet, Kubilay, who was the first person to assist us in the lobby and was very helpful with our vehicle. ✅Room and Cleaning We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room. Our room was simply amazing, it made us feel right at home. Overall, the hotel and room cleanliness were impeccable. We would like to thank Ms. Neşe for her meticulous attention to the cleanliness of our room. ✅Restaurants Meals and Breakfast The variety of food was extensive; you could easily find every option, such as red meat, chicken, and turkey, so there was absolutely no chance of going hungry. The breakfast was also very varied and delicious. ✅In the main restaurant, there's Mr. Murat, who is incredibly professional and a true problem solver. I wish everyone had the chance to meet him, and I'd like to extend my special thanks to him. ✅At breakfast, our Kyrgyz friend Uran was very helpful and attentive. ✅We also had the chance to try the à la carte restaurants. We were very pleased with the quality of service at the Turkish à la carte restaurant, and I would like to thank Mr. Ömer for his excellent attention and care. ❌As for the dessert section; compared to the overall quality of service, the desserts didn't get a passing grade from us (of course, we ate plenty, that's a separate matter 😊). ✅Bars and Cocktails The hotel has 8-10 bars, but we couldn't even use them all because we ran out of time. However, we tried the Main Bar, Lobby Bar, and Signature Bar. ✅I'd especially like to mention two bartenders in the Main Bar: Akçay and Serkan. You should definitely meet these professional and well-meaning people and try their cocktails; you'll understand what I mean. Thank you both so much. ✅Pool, Sea and Security The pool was perfectly adequate and large, and the towel system worked very well. The lifeguards at the hotel are completely focused on their job and work flawlessly; you don't have to worry when your child is in the pool or the sea. ✅ I would like to extend a special thank you to lifeguard Aslan Bey. My son's lost glasses were found by the lifeguard team within 20 minutes and returned to us. ✅The hotel's beach is magnificent in the early morning hours, but it becomes cloudy towards midday due to the waves raising the sandy bottom, although this never stops you from having fun. ❌Points for Improvement (Our Criticisms) The only point that stood out as amateurish in terms of service quality at the hotel was the ❌Entertainment (Animation/Entertainment) team. They are trying, but the lack of orientation and training is very evident; this team urgently needs intervention and improvement. ❌Also, during our holiday, we were constantly subjected to Mezdeke and Demet Akalın songs by the pool; the music concept was not very suitable for a hotel of this quality. ❌Finally, we noticed that there were no staff members inside the fitness center to assist or guide us; it would have been nice to have a security and information desk staff member there as well. ✅In summary; although there are a few minor details that could be improved, we had a wonderful 8 nights thanks to the attentiveness of the staff, the comfort of the rooms, and the quality of service.
