Melissa Garden Hotel

WOW we have just returned from a fantastic experience at the Maya park hotel. Cleanliness was fantastic. Our room was a lovely size and very clean. Housekeeping staff everyday were Brilliant. The staff were all welcoming and lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had one waiter in particular (Fratt) who looked after us and greeted us every time that he was on shift. He was also fantastic with our children. The pools and bars were brilliant. They had entertainment every day. The only criticism I have is that the party of people we were with and ourselves had autistic children with us and the food was a struggle with them so they could do with catering to children more food wise. Having said that our children eat and we also enjoyed the food we had there. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to stay at and would happily return again.

Do not stay here if you want a holiday, it is purely a hotel, no entertainment bars shut early hotel is dead

The hotel was fantastic, we loved the food, it was clean, and we adored the animation team. We had a great time at the May 19th celebrations. Thank you to the animation team and all the staff.
