Very bad experience The receptionist Erdogan_Cetinel would not leave my wife alone. Kept asking her on a date. She told him she was married with children. He said he did not care. She us 52 . He is 25 . So obviously a romance scammer. Another guest in the hotel told us he did the same to his wife. Totally wrong for this to happen in a hotel

An unforgettable stay – We felt like we were at home! We spent a week at the Sarp Hotel Kadriye and are absolutely thrilled. The entire staff and hotel management gave us a wonderful and unforgettable vacation. Particularly noteworthy is the incredibly warm and familiar atmosphere – you feel welcome from the first moment and almost like you are at home. We were completely satisfied and would love to come back. A huge thank you to the entire team for this fantastic time! We went home with one tearful and one smiling eye! Woman with scarf not so welcoming. She worked as machine. Otherwise excellent customer service.
