Hotel is newer and the rooms are fine - to be expected because it is on the expensive side for the area. Kids club is huge, great staff, activities and food for the children. Some staff are great, very helpful. Food is just ok - salads, bread & breakfast are good - but lunch and evenings are limited, repetitive and often flies on the fruit. One pool was closed for days due to someone pooing in it, now us and lots of other reviews complaining of upset stomachs. Also seems to attract the type of guests who want their money’s worth of drink, then shout, swear and bump into children in the pool - the hotel just keeps serving them alcohol and other guests have to get out of their way. Wouldn’t return here when there are quieter places with better entertainment, food and atmosphere for the same price.

I genuinely wanted to give Titanic Deluxe Belek a 5-star review because, overall, we had an amazing holiday and have already rebooked for next year. Unfortunately, a few issues could, and should, have been handled much better, so I can’t quite justify giving full marks. The Positives My wife and I travelled on 2nd July for a two-week stay, and our daughter and her family joined us on 6th July for 10 days. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are immaculate, the food is exceptional, and the drinks are all premium quality. We visited the Turkish, Italian and Greek à la carte restaurants, and each one was fantastic. The Greek restaurant, in particular, was an experience in itself. The beach is beautiful, with two excellent restaurants as well as an ice cream and fresh fruit bar. We treated ourselves to a cabana for the day, which was worth every penny. The service was outstanding and made for a truly memorable day. The swimming pools were excellent, and we particularly liked that they were the same depth throughout. The evenings had a lovely relaxed atmosphere, but if you’re looking for something livelier, there’s the party boat and nightclub. Around 99% of the staff we encountered were fantastic. A special mention goes to the lads on roller skates serving drinks around the pool—they were friendly, efficient and always smiling. I’d also like to give a special thank you to our housekeeper, Cigdem. She was incredibly kind, helpful and hardworking. We were amazed to learn she was seven months pregnant, yet she continued to do an outstanding job every day. Our two grandsons absolutely loved the water park and kids’ club, and seeing how much they enjoyed themselves made the holiday even more special. There are so many more positives I could mention. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday, which is why we’ve already booked to return next year. The Negatives The main disappointment was our Maldives Room. This is marketed as being in an adults-only area, which is only partly true. At the front of the building there is an Olympic-sized pool that is generally full of children during the late afternoon. On arrival, I stepped onto our balcony, leaned on the railing and almost fell into the pool because the handrail was dangerously loose, with exposed nails visible. Someone came to repair it the following morning, but the initial repair actually made it worse. Thankfully, they returned later that day and eventually made it safe and secure. The biggest issue, however, was discovering that a lazy river runs directly beneath the Maldives rooms. As you can imagine, this meant constant noise from children using it throughout the day. When I explained that we had booked and paid extra for what was advertised as an adults-only area, the hotel did acknowledge our concerns. As a goodwill gesture, they upgraded my daughter’s room, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the problems with our room didn’t end there. Each Maldives room has a ladder leading directly into the pool, but this resulted in both children and adults repeatedly climbing onto our private terrace before jumping into the pool. It meant we were unable to enjoy our outdoor space in the way it was intended. We eventually filmed what was happening and sent it to Melek from Guest Relations. Sadly, her response was disappointing. She came across as patronising and asked, “What do you want me to do about it?” Fortunately, another member of Guest Relations, Hamit, contacted me with an apology before I had even replied, and his professionalism was much appreciated. In the end, we had paid around £2,000 extra for the Maldives room, yet we were only able to properly enjoy the terrace on three or four occasions, and only when additional lifeguards had been stationed there to stop people climbing onto our balcony. The hotel offered us a 20% discount on a cabana (around €40), which was appreciated, but when I asked if they could offer us a complimentary late check-out as a gesture of goodwill, the request was refused. Given everything that had happened, I felt this was a missed opportunity to provide excellent customer service. For anyone considering booking a Maldives room, I would personally think very carefully before paying the significant extra cost. The other issue was the on-site market shop. The prices are outrageous—€25 for two chocolate bars and a packet of crisps. There are no prices displayed on most items, which leaves guests unaware of the cost until they reach the till. I understand these shops are independently operated, but they are located within the hotel, and I believe management should introduce some pricing standards or require clear price displays to protect guests. Finally, my wife bought a T-shirt from the shop called Gorgeous. When she took it out of the bag, some of the lettering had already fallen off. When she tried to return it, she was met with aggressive behaviour from a member of staff, which was completely unacceptable. Thankfully, another gentleman working in the shop stepped in and calmed the situation, but the experience left my wife feeling uncomfortable and put her off visiting any of the other shops for the rest of our holiday. Overall, Titanic Deluxe Belek is a wonderful hotel with fantastic facilities, outstanding food, excellent drinks and an amazing team of staff. That’s why we’ve already booked to return. However, the issues surrounding the Maldives room, the handling of our complaint, and the experiences in the on-site shops prevent me from giving what I had hoped would be a well-deserved 5-star review. Hopefully these issues can be addressed, because with a few improvements this hotel really could be one of the very best.

Another amazing and beautiful stay at this fantastic resort. We love it here and when we're back we fall in love all over again. We went to Greek Al-a-cart which was unreal and we went to Turkish to accommodate all tastes. Both didn't disappointe. Staff work so hard and are so greatful of any tip you can afford. We swayed between pools and beach and also experienced a jacuzzi cabanna which was my favorite day. Currently looking for another holiday and can honestly say I keep comparing to this hotel. My only gripe, and it is a small one was our maid. We didn't see her all week and I would say things were ok, nothing major just an ok job. Asking for toilet paper should not happen. But on our last evening she knocked and entered asking if we were going home the next day. She let her self in and my husband was in under wear. He was embarrassed. I told her we were, getting ready for dinner and she left. The next morning same thing. We always leave our maid a tip whatever the standard. We also know wages are low and try our best to give tips out across the complex. But this also happened on our last visit, the maid was over familiar on the last day. I sound picky now and I'm honestly not. We giggled in the end as she was hovering outside our door for a good half hour before we were checking out. It's a normal thing for us to leave our maid a tip but I think when it's expected and it's chased as it has been, can just be a bit off putting, especially as we did not lay eyes on her all week. That was my only gripe as this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in and will return soon. Thank you for a beautiful holiday.
