Overall, we liked the hotel's food; I can say that we were satisfied in terms of taste and quality. However, the overall concept and atmosphere of the hotel did not meet our expectations. We certainly don't find it unusual that German is spoken; after all, the hotel has an international guest profile. However, during our stay, we felt that German guests were given more priority in communication and overall service. As Turkish guests vacationing in Türkiye, we felt like we were outside the hotel's target audience. Eating meals together in a communal area was also not a concept we preferred. We also found the quality and presentation of the alcoholic beverage options to be below our expectations. In short, while we were satisfied with the food, the overall concept, atmosphere, and service of the hotel did not meet our expectations for a holiday. I believe that expectations should be carefully considered, especially for those seeking a calmer, more elegant holiday experience where Turkish guests can also feel prioritized and comfortable.

Let me start with the negatives: There is no table service at the restaurants or bars; only water and wine are brought to the table with meals, otherwise you need to go to the bar. There's no table service for drinks in the bars either; you have to get them yourself. Unfortunately, not every drink is available at dinner, for example, raki. The seafood is delicious, but it's not quite the same without raki. Unfortunately, only the main bar is free; the other bars are chargeable. For example, I think the bar by the sea should be free, at least on event days. Those who don't want to pay extra can get their drinks from the main bar, but the distance is long. It would be good if it were offered for free, at least on special occasions. You can only drink water while enjoying fantastic live music, which seriously spoils the pleasant atmosphere. The common areas are very spacious, but special events are always held in small spaces; I think the huge green areas should be utilized more. The shared green space would be much more productive if a very large music system were installed, allowing people to dance and have fun in a spacious, open area instead of being crowded together. On special occasions, the fact that the front section of the bar is reserved for the exclusive bar is very off-putting. It's very strange that the mini-bar in the rooms only contains water; there should at least be a few different canned drinks. The animations are always in German, but there should definitely be English and Turkish alternatives, especially since we are in a hotel in Turkey. Evening entertainment always features foreign music; there absolutely must be some Turkish songs included, at least a certain portion should be in Turkish. We were surprised that there was no welcome at the reception; normally a bellboy comes to handle the luggage, a receptionist introduces the hotel, etc., but this was not the case here. The presentation of Turkish coffee could be more thoughtful and unique to us Turks; it would be wonderful if it included Turkish delight, a small piece of chocolate, and a glass of water on the side. I also learned by chance that Algida offers ice cream cones; if such a service exists, ice cream freezers should be placed in visible locations for everyone to see. The fact that the room has two single beds joined together instead of a double bed is uncomfortable; the double bed should be separate, especially in an adults-only hotel. Now let me move on to the positives. The hotel's location, the sea, cleanliness, food, and the quality of drinks at the main bar are all fantastic. I've never seen such a beautiful sea at another hotel. The hammocks on the beach and pier are a perfect place to relax, quiet and peaceful. The food served every day is truly high quality; I haven't eaten anything tasteless, everything is prepared with care. Hygiene and room cleanliness are excellent, and the service staff are working tirelessly. The free drinks at the main bar are very good, but the cocktail selection could be varied, and maybe some chips or snacks could be offered with the drinks. The free à la carte well restaurant was excellent; it was the best Adana kebab I've ever had. The massage section is quite good, but the quality of the scrub could be better. The green area is very pleasant and huge. The area is very large, so it's ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. The animations are soft and not disturbing, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, tired of loud music and screaming children, and for those looking for delicious food and hygiene. Stayed here for three nights in June as a group of three. The grounds are very beautiful and well-maintained, as well as spacious. Despite the many guests, there were always enough lounge chairs available. The rooms are a bit older, but clean and perfectly usable. It worked perfectly for three people because the toilet, sink, and shower are separated from each other – this way, you can get ready in parallel in the morning. The beds were very comfortable, the small walk-in closet completely sufficient. The air conditioning was very good: Despite high temperatures, it never got too warm in the room. The food was first-class; the buffet lacked nothing. The selection of drinks in the all-inclusive package was also good and completely sufficient – you can treat yourself to something at the premium bar, but it is not necessary. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The parties and theme nights were high-quality and fun. The beach is a pebble beach, but there are several access points via piers, and there are wooden paths everywhere – so you do not have to walk over the pebbles. Overall, an all-around successful stay that I can recommend.
