Hotel is very nice. We have already been here for the 4th. Year here. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The staff is great, and you can also have a lot of fun with the people. The food is also okay, although it has been better before. But you always find something. Everything at the pool is also clean. They also have very nice lifeguards who always keep an eye on the guests so that nothing happens. The evening entertainment is the same as last year and not quite as exciting, although they do try. The rooms are clean. Otherwise, everything is very good.

I do not advise anyone to stay at this hotel. Instead of the two paid sea view rooms, we were given rooms with a roof view, and we were categorically refused a room change. The receptionist allowed himself to yell at me, even though I am a guest and his salary depends on my arrival. Pig-like and rude. I think I'm to blame because someone already sold my number for a bribe. "Egyptian" feeling, they start begging for tips at every step. Avoid this hotel if possible.

2 out of 5 stars – unfortunately disappointing. We have been to Turkey and other countries several times before and therefore have good opportunities for comparison. For a 4-star all-inclusive hotel, we expected significantly more. Room cleaning: The cleaning staff has one day off per week. On this day, there is no room cleaning and no fresh towels – and you are not properly informed about this beforehand. For a 4-star hotel, this is absolutely incomprehensible to us. Beach towels: The first towel is free, every additional fresh towel costs 50 cents. Not much money, but still questionable with all-inclusive. Water at the pool: The pool bar does not open until 10 a.m. Anyone who wants water before then has to walk to the main restaurant – even though there is already a refrigerator full of water at the pool bar. No lifeguard after 4:30 p.m.: The pool remains open, even though there is no longer a lifeguard on site after that time. Of course, parents must look after their children, but an additional safety factor should be a matter of course. Other hotels work in shifts or close the pool accordingly. Treatment of guests: At the beach, a staff member spoke to me rudely because I hadn't announced beforehand that I would be coming back in the afternoon and he had to get my lounge mat again. I am on vacation and decide for myself when I go to the beach. There were such situations more often... That is not how one should treat guests. Conclusion: For us, the overall package unfortunately does not add up. When we read some extremely positive reviews, we cannot understand this enthusiasm. Anyone who has already experienced better hotels knows that much more is possible in terms of service and hospitality.
