Merve Sun Hotel & Spa

Animation amazing, people awasome, we come back for sure super animation hasan

Eat cold!!!! Dirty room (5302) and bathroom (see photo) after having complained about it, there were... Nothing Even if it's a budget hotel!! You can expect it to be clean and mold-free 😵 and that the food is warm or lukewarm in any case Staff The ladies from the cleaning... well, cleaning 😂 were at least friendly The rest different Not much entertainment from that, since we were out every evening to get some hot food somewhere 🤨 During the day, they darted (for 10 days) with a group of the same people So much for entertainment and therefore no variety

Unfortunately a disappointing experience Our vacation at the Merve Sun Hotel & Spa was unfortunately not what we had hoped for. There are several points that disappointed us during our stay. * The food: The buffet was very monotonous and the quality left something to be desired. Many dishes were lukewarm or cold, and there was little variety in the offerings. * The rooms and hygiene: The cleaning of the room could really be much better. We regularly found dust and neglected maintenance. Besides, the beds were very hard and creaky, which affected our night's sleep. The service: The staff unfortunately did not come across as very hospitable or friendly. Questions or complaints were not taken seriously, which made us not feel truly welcome. * Facilities: The pool is on the cramped side for the number of guests and the location relative to the beach and the center was disappointing. All in all, this hotel is unfortunately not recommended for us and we will not be coming back here. ------------------------------
