We stayed at Novum Garden in June 2026 and had an amazing time.  The hotel grounds were beautiful, it was very clean and well maintained.  There were 3 pools in a tiered format, all lovely.  Inflatables are allowed though some lifeguards told the children not to jump in. There were daily activities apart from Sunday. There was an inflatable course which was really fun (both adults and children could do it).  There was a variety of daily activities to do e.g. darts, water aerobics... The waterpark is across a small road at the bottom of the hotel just a couple of minutes walk. It has specific opening times, I think 10-12 and 2-5? There is a bar there (water/beer - no cocktails or wine) and toilets.  Further on is the beach. Plenty of sunbeds all with shades.  There is also a beach bar which serves lunch and drinks and has toilets.  Beach area was fine although quite littered on one day.  There is a rope sectioning off the part to swim in.  Theres a Water Sports kiosk right on the beach where you can buy boat trips, para-sailing, jet skiing. We did see a para-sailer get into trouble and land in the sea whilst we were there, but no idea which water sports kiosk they had bought the activity from. We went Jet Skiing - all great service.  There is one main buffet restaurant, food choice was fine, always found something. There were theme nights e.g Asian, Seafood but these weren't always well advertised. Information was generally available either on a board by the main pool or the app but sometimes they were blank.  (Seafood night was lovely).  Dinner is 6:30-9 (could be 6, I can't remember). We found the 9pm finish quite early but I think it's so everyone goes to the entertainment.  There is an Al a carte restaurant, I think it advertises as Italian but there wasn't pizza/pasta. Food was incredible!! Book via Guest Relations.  Buffet restaurant, Beach bar are both open for lunch and there's burgers and chips available from the bar by the pools (very nice). Ice cream was available from the bar by the pool (lovely). Waffles and lovely pastries, cakes etc were available in the afternoon from the al a carte restaurant.  Entertainment was good, we saw a Michael Jackson show, dancers, acrobats all really good. Entertainment in the amphitheatre starts at 9:15-10. There is then generally music and dancing in the bar. The entertainment team are always around encouraging people to join in (not hassling).  There was a Moulin Rouge night whilst we were there in the bottom gardens,.it was nice to have a change and the atmosphere was great.  Cocktails are fairly good, the Terrace bar serves the better ones and you get to know which member of staff makes it the way you like!  We stayed in one room as a family of 4. The 4th bed was a sofa bed which wasn't great but the hotel swapped this for another single bed which was helpful.  The rooms weren't massive, but we generally weren't in it very much.  Cleaning staff were great.  The Spa was lovely and I had an hour massage which was great.  There are some cats around the hotel, but they all looked well cared for and my kids loved them.  We didn't have any issue with mosquito bites, used spray as a precaution but other family members didn't and were fine. We took a local bus into Mangavat to explore, really cheap, €1 pp (I think). On the way back the buses have the hotel names on their doors so get on yours and it drops you right outside.  Transfer time from the airport was 1 hour, we did a shared transfer and was first drop off. Took quite a while to find the bus at the airport as we just had to search in amongst the many buses, but it worked out ok.  The majority of guests were German, we only saw a handful of other English families.  The entertainment staff spoke German first and then translated bits into English. A lot of the music in the bar after the entertainment was German, but we found this fun and learnt the dances.  There are water fountains and glasses around the hotel to try and reduce the use of plastic bottles which I think is fantastic. Beach bar still gives out small plastic bottles and they still use plastic straws and plastic ice cream spoons but it's definitely a step in the right direction which was lovely to see.  Really loved the hotel, you'll have a great time!

First time in turkey and i can honestly say this has been the best hoilday we have been on. On arrival reception very open and spacious nice and modern we was welcomed with friendly smiling faces and quick to take our luggage. They were very helpful and understanding quick service to get you to your room. Room was very clean tidy and bright enough space for a family of 4. The cleaning ladies are brilliant very friendly always smiling. Novum gardens offer a variety of food from breastfast to lunch, dinner and late night service at la notte. Also throughout the day you can get burgers chips, pancakes coffee & cake which Is a must try They offer all kinds of delicious foods even fussy eaters like my kids. Many pools to choose from at different levels of the hotel. The waterpark is decent alittle small but just about enough. The whole complex is stunning and very well looked after the gardens are beautiful even the toilets kept swept and clean from the busy outing poolside. For me this is a biggy as toilets get left but not here very well kept. Drinks are pretty much what you would expect at any hotel. Overall is this hotel is what your looking at you won't be disappointed. All staff need a mention not just the animation team all are fantastic and very welcoming. Bar tenders work extremely hard but always smiling and joking. Beach at the bottom of the hotel is nice still offers food and drinks and well shaded which is great. Lots to do down there. Loads of choice when it comes to excursions. Biggest downfall for me is there building another hotel this will make this place over over run but if you can get here before hand it will be the best hoilday you've had

Where do I start?….hands down one of the best hotels I’ve been to. Food was plentiful and tasty catering predominantly to Turkish and European but you will find something you like each morning/evening if you want what I would say is a typical English meal of meat and veg. It was all cooked fresh in front of you and the grill outside offers freshly cooked meats and fish to add to your plate in the evening and at breakfast it’s fresh omelettes cooked with any topping you wish. The pools were clean and well maintained, rooms were spotless and the cleaning staff were lovely. There is a patisserie on site which if you are watching your waist, avoid because you won’t want just one cake🙈 they are gorgeous!! The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after for the entirety of your stay, they honestly couldn’t do enough for you all, including the kids. The pool and beach bar serve burgers and chicken wraps for lunch which are brilliant to grab if you are not wanting to go to the main restaurant during the day if you have just jumped out of the pool. The ice cream stand positioned in the pool bar had a variety of flavours on tap and the firm favourite with my 9 year old was chocolate and pistachio. The sunbeds, there are enough to go around but if you fancy a certain spot (which I did close to the balcony of our room) I went down early, had a swim whilst the kids woke up and then went for breakfast. I wasn’t away more than an hour, so I wasn’t your typical greedy Brit hogging them but not laying on them and for a party of 4, I only ever reserved 2😆 There are also sunbeds in a garden area which offer privacy to sunbathe away from the pool. The water park is a small walk at the bottom of a pathway and the beach a little further on than that but it wasn’t as far as I was expecting when looking on google earth. Outside the hotel a couple of minute walk, is a typical Turkish market with clothes, handbags and memorabilia bits to buy.. everything is marked up in euro, so I would avoid taking any lira as the desired currency is euro or sterling. This hotel is definitely one I would return to, which I never usually would say as I think there are plenty of hotels to experience, but for me and my family we loved the fact this hotel offered a personal experience whilst catering to many people. We have come back relaxed and recharged and loved every second. Book it, you won’t regret it! Thank you Novum Garden Hotel, for giving us a beautiful holiday to remember🇹🇷❤️
