Q Spa Resort

Certain out of season But not much effort from the staff to understand the French nor accompany them during the stay No activities or excursions offered Staff certain bartender and very nice waiter but one of the very unpleasant waitresses.... Hotel occupied mainly by foreign sports groups (unpleasant and noisy)

⭐️ 1 star On 08.07.2025 we experienced an absolutely shocking incident as a family at the Q Spa Resort. When we politely insisted on paying the hotel bill by card (including statutory VAT) at around 7:30 p.m., we were suddenly physically assaulted by several hotel staff. A co-worker named Burak Yilmaz first attacked our 18-year-old son, after which more employees joined in and brutally attacked the rest of our family – including a 15-year-old teenager and two young children. Adult men even beat minors. The consequences were severe: Fractured jaw, fractured ribs, dislocated shoulder, numerous bruises and psychological trauma. That such a thing can happen in a supposedly upscale hotel is unbelievable and unacceptable. We strongly warn all travelers against this hotel. Not only is there a lack of customer friendliness, but there is also a clear lack of basic legal and human understanding. Criminal charges and civil proceedings have been initiated.

Came from another hotel for a spa - a Turkish package. The spa provides a transfer fee for adequate money. The package included: Finnish sauna, steam room, hamam: washcloth peeling, foam, washing, further massage. Between the zones it is not cold , offer water, pomegranate juice. All clear, attentive staff. Highly recommended
