Trendy Hotels Aspendos Beach

The hotel is very large and clean. Many thanks to Mr. Tuncer for both the à la carte menu and the snacks. Many thanks to Mr. Metin, Mr. Yakup, and Mr. Cabir for their hospitality in the main restaurant. We would like to thank Ms. İrem and Ms. Buse at the reception for their friendly service. The pools were clean, and the snack restaurant food was excellent. The drinks are ice cold everywhere and very good. The main restaurant has an amazing selection. Most Germans are very respectful. The rooms are clean. The sea was pleasant; it didn't get deep suddenly, we enjoyed it. The pastries at the bakery were delicious.

Positive aspects: The food is good, I had no problems, the cleanliness is good, everything is within walking distance, you have to get up very early to get a sun lounger by the pool. Negative aspects: Insufficient staff; you see a staff member at breakfast, in the pastry shop, at the à la carte snack bar the same day, or the bartender clearing plates in the cafeteria at lunchtime the next day. I think this kind of staff training has created fatigue and weakened communication with guests. The tone has become somewhat rude. Evening entertainment is weak; karaoke is just singing along to music, and if the bars are supposed to close at 12, bottles are removed and chairs are collected immediately after 11, creating an unpleasant atmosphere.

My family and I recently had a wonderful holiday at Trendy Aspendos Hotel in Side. The rooms were lovely and clean and we had a balcony with both rooms. All the staff were brilliant throughout the hotel and worked really hard. The food was great, and different places to choose from within the hotel depending on what you fancied. Great pool, waterslides for my son (we didn’t see him whenever they were open!) and a beach too!! Oh and really good entertainment . It was my birthday whilst there and I had a very thoughtful selection of fruit and a bottle of wine to celebrate and decorated bed on the day! I had a wonderful time and would love to go again sometime!! Thank you everyone at Trendy Aspendos xx
