I had the most incredible holiday here and genuinely cannot fault this hotel in any way. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.
The rooms are spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every communal area is beautifully maintained, and you can tell the staff take great pride in keeping the whole hotel looking immaculate.
What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly and welcoming, but a special shout-out has to go to Ali and Umut. They went above and beyond to make our holiday so special. They were always smiling, so kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had the best possible experience. They are a real credit to the hotel.
I also have to mention the hotel dogs, Lucky and Fatty Patty, who I absolutely adored! They brought so much extra joy and character to the hotel and were such a lovely part of our experience.
This was honestly one of the best holidays I've ever had. We had such an amazing time that we've already started planning to come back next year with the friends we met during our stay!
I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and unforgettable holiday.
