Kas Marin Hotel

We stayed in Villa 2, which has a pool, and were generally satisfied. We experienced a few issues... one was insufficient cooling of the air conditioning, which was quickly resolved (filter cleaning was done). The other was the shower cabin door, which creaked very loudly and was not fixed despite us mentioning it several times. We were a little disappointed with the pool. Environmental cleaning and pool cleaning were inadequate. The short trees between the villas are very sparsely planted, which allows for a clear view of the pools of the neighboring villas. Thus, it loses its characteristic. Also, we didn't see anywhere to hang wet towels and swimsuits after getting out of the pool or coming from the sea. For dinner, I recommend Turşu Tavern and Restaurant, located in the hotel by the sea. They offer a fixed menu, the prices are not high, and they give a 15% discount to hotel guests. We were very pleased. Since the hotel is on a hillside, we have to climb stairs to reach the rooms. Villa-style rooms also offer parking nearby. Kaş is close to the marina and you can join boat tours. Take a taxi from the hotel to the port.

The hotel''s location and cleanliness are excellent. The size of my room, the comfort of the bed, the sea view, etc. It was very successful. The breakfast buffet is virtually impeccable. There’s no need to count on the thumbnails. What bothered me most is the first-class, second-class treatment of the hotel guest to the outside of the beach side. The “preview” is always reserved. I used 4 guns for the beach business. 1 day, 2 seasonal reserves ahead, but it was empty until I left. I sat in the second line for 2 days, 4 seasonal reserves in the front line, and I'm still empty at 2:00. Maybe I'm alone, but this second-class citizen treatment isn't nice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) Location: The hotel''s location is excellent - it''s right by the sea and just 2.2–2.3 km from the center of Kash. The center is within a 5-minute drive. There are restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, and markets in the surrounding area. Staff: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Newbie executive is very engaging. Mrs. Ceren at the front desk is extremely kind and accommodating. Melis, who manages beach reservations, is also very polite and attentive. They make a very positive impression during their stay. Plaj: Very good beach organisation. Reservation ahead of time for sunbeds and spaces. So there’s no shortage of random towels, and everyone can use the beach neatly and comfortably. Rooms & Breakfast: The rooms are generally clean, but some items need outdated and refurbished. The breakfast is varied and hearty, but can be improved a bit in quality. Overall Assessment: Kas Marin Hotel''s location, beach organization, and attentiveness from the staff are truly fantastic. While some renovations are needed due to shortcomings, the hotel has big potential. A restoration is underway, and once this is complete, the hotel will be much more comfortable. I look forward to coming back and giving Recommendations to my customers.
