Thanks to the "dear" bloggers for promoting the hotel, but it is terrible and very run down. The numbers are worn out, the floors are terribly dirty, the windows and balcony haven't been washed since the beginning of the season. The staff is Russian, but they don't care about the service. Breakfasts - a special kind of art (meagerly) Rotten grenades and limes are scattered on the territory The hotel needs cleaning and proper control On the Pantone: the terrace decking has already turned to dust, and the beach shower highlights the staff's interest in tourist comfort We had to leave earlier because it didn't look like a vacation at all.

Writing a review about a hotel for the first time. Emotions are overflowing from the discrepancy between expectation and reality, as well as the price mismatch. The hotel doesn't even reach the 2-star level. I am a travel agent with 10 years of experience and I very clearly understand pricing and market laws, but here I had to constantly learn to close my eyes and calm myself down so as not to ruin my mood. I have a strong feeling that the hotel has no manager - maybe it was sold, maybe the owner doesn't care, but I have never seen such treatment of guests. Very dirty - absolutely everywhere. Everything broken, abandoned, shabby, and killed. Public areas look like they've never been cleaned. Room cleaning is terrible. The territory is unkempt and all the once beautiful plants and palms are in a dying state. Breakfasts are extremely meager - from hot dishes only omelet and fried egg, which you still have to manage to get. Water at breakfast is paid. 2 types of cheese and 2 types of sausage and completely tasteless vegetables and greens. The employees do not know what service is. Everyone is tired and with stone faces. It feels like they are serving a sentence, not working in the hospitality industry. Cherry on the cake - stolen earrings and a pair of eyebrow tweezers (🤣). Earrings with fianites, but new and shining like diamonds, which probably attracted the cleaner)) There is no phone in the room, and if you need anything, you have to go down-up the steep staircase, sometimes more than once. We left the hotel before the booked period because we didn't have the strength to keep ignoring all this mess, and there was no one to argue with—about 40 rooms in the hotel, about 5 employees with a complete lack of understanding of what they are doing here. My husband and I have been coming to this wonderful hotel for several years now, and we never cease to be amazed by it. It is cozy, beautiful, and romantic, with stunning views. We would really like to thank the attentive staff who made our stay unforgettable. We want to express special gratitude to Kaan and Sevara; they are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist or fulfill any request at a moment's notice. A huge thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful vacation.
