The hotel is very nice. The sea is chic and very clean. The food is very varied and delicious. The girls in the guest services department are really good, always helping with everything. The hotel is compact and for this very convenient everything is close. Thank you Alinda for such a wonderful holiday. We'll come back.

It is very rare that I write my review of a hotel, but, here, it is necessary! If the buffet is sincerely of a certain richness with dishes of a certain freshness, with a welcoming cocktail bar and a coffee point rich in choices with good coffees... Alas, for the rest it is a disaster. - Think twice before booking this establishment if your family is multicultural! You will be called "n-words" all day long by the other guests. But the most interesting thing is being checked all day long by the employees to see if you are indeed guests of the hotel. We did the test, and well I can certify that this treatment was only directed at me, my daughter, and Brazilian friends! For my wife and other people, never! - We paid for a stay with a duplex family room - the front desk tried (in vain) to put us in a standard room, under the pretext that the staff needs more time to clean the room. Then the manager tried to solve the problem by explaining to us that he would give us the room tomorrow, and that the standard room cost the same price as the duplex, that there was no difference in terms of size... indeed no difference: 15m2 more, and 2 bathrooms instead of one!!!! In the end, we got our duplex room... with the toilet sprayed with urine. Cleaning service's response to this problem: it is impossible to clean that, it does not come off. - On the second day of the stay - I hear noise thinking that the children got up early in the morning. And no! Bad surprise! I find myself in my underwear in front of "the bar service" and the children who are sleeping! Response from the person concerned: I came to restock your bar - I answer him: I clearly put the little sign on the door handle "do not disturb" and the bottom latch was engaged! Response: I must restock your bar! I immediately went down to the front desk to get an explanation! Response: we apologize for the inconvenience caused. - I understand that additional services are fee-based, but it is strange that the pricing is nowhere to be found. First day billiards at $20. Second day same time - $12. We ask the manager for the price - $10 or $12 with the obligation to provide a receipt. Other customers hear our question and intervene in our discussion by shouting: it is unacceptable, we paid 25 the previous evenings. - I will refrain from talking about the double standard regarding clothing. For some, everything is permitted, but if you are not from the right country, well, plan for the right neckline and dress length. We have 2 days left, so I can expect any surprises! But I can already tell you that this has been a deplorable experience.

This is my third visit to this hotel with my family, following twice as a single person. The sea is stony and gets deep suddenly, but it's perfect. Bring your water shoes. The pool is more than adequate and fun. The rooms are spacious, suitable for families. The food is consistent and of very high quality. I admire the staff's service and friendliness. They always say "enjoy your holiday" and "with pleasure." Mr. Ümit greeted us at the reception and was very attentive. Ms. Leyla from customer relations fulfilled all our requests. Those who wrote negative reviews have succumbed to personal ambition. It's a compact hotel that offers great service for families with children, giving you your money's worth. They don't even require wristbands. I congratulate the upper management on this.
