Butik Isabel Hotel

A complete disaster – never again Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The reality was completely different from what we expected based on the photos and presentation. The cleanliness and housekeeping were particularly poor. Our room was not cleaned regularly, and we had to ask twice for it to be cleaned. We also had to repeatedly ask for clean towels instead of receiving them automatically. What shocked me most was seeing staff smoking while cleaning the rooms. Even worse, I personally saw a cook preparing food in the kitchen with a cigarette in his mouth. For me, this is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to hygiene and food preparation. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, service and general standard of the hotel. We did not feel comfortable here and would definitely not return. The only positive thing I can mention was Mr. Burak, who was very kind, helpful and willing to assist us. Unfortunately, he was the only bright spot in an otherwise very disappointing stay. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I absolutely do not recommend staying at this apart-hotel in Kemer, Antalya. I don't even know how to describe it. The refrigerator wasn't working, and they just brushed it off as a minor issue. The cleanliness is a 2-3 out of 10. The service is zero. There's no WiFi, and the TV doesn't work. So don't make a reservation without seeing it first!!!

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was tidy and the rooms were clean. I would definitely recommend the restaurant. I tried their dishes every day and everything was delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
