Catamaran Resort Hotel

The hotel was quite reasonable. There's nothing I can criticize. The concept is excellent. Quite clean. There was a limited variety of food.

Good afternoon everyone! We are not vacationing in Kemer area for the first time, we especially love this place for the mountains and greenery. We were on vacation from September 6 to September 13, 2026. It's not the first time in Turkey, but, truly, that was a long time ago, back in 2014. I have experience with 4 and 5-star hotels in different countries, including Turkey. The hotel is good, clean, cozy, with a small but well-organized area, beachfront, 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is an abundance of sunbeds, umbrellas, and a solid sun canopy on the beach, towels are given for free, there are mini bars with drinks, snacks, and ice cream. The beach and the entrance to the sea are sandy-pebbly. The hotel grounds have a small shop with various goods and reasonable prices. There is a doctor, but not with reasonable prices )) It's better to use your insurance. They checked us in very quickly and previously the check-in time was 4 hours!!!! And what is important without any extra charges and so on. Reception staff is Russian-speaking, staff on the floors is not always. Everyone is very friendly and kind. Daily room cleaning, daily towel replacement, I didn't understand about the bedding honestly)) but we always slept on clean sheets, I think they were definitely changed. The room has bottled drinking water, on the first day there is a free bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the refrigerator, the drinking water was replenished - supplemented every day, there is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, in the bathroom there is a hairdryer, towels and sets of shower gel, shampoos, conditioners, body cream, etc. The only thing I forgot is that in rooms/on floors abroad, there is often no iron, if you need to iron something, it's for a fee, but I didn't even find out how much because they said we wouldn't like the prices for sure ))) and reminded me of the old way of ironing clothes in the bathroom with steam))) I recommend either bringing a small travel iron or a liquid iron spray. Regarding the food, I have read a lot of reviews about it and they are not very good. The food was normal, with lots of fresh and stewed vegetables, olives, pickles, marinades, an abundance of cheeses, sweets, fruits (watermelons, melons, peaches, plums, oranges, pears, etc.), and meat: chicken, turkey, beef, and fish were also present. The food is specific, but there is a lot of tasty stuff and you definitely won't go hungry, there is a choice and the nutrition is almost around-the-clock, we often skipped lunch and even dinner. You can really get by from breakfast until dinner ))) There is animation at the hotel, it's so homey and cozy. Dancing by the pool during the day, Aqua aerobics, yoga on the grass. In the evening: first animation for children, and after 9:30 PM, for adults in the form of discos, karaoke, etc. We didn't go, we have a different style of vacation, but overall everything is well organized. There are also water slides, a children's area outdoors, so conditions are provided for everyone, including people with disabilities and vacationers. Many Turks, Russians, Germans are vacationing at the hotel, slightly fewer Moldovans, Poles, Ukrainians, and others. The atmosphere is friendly, no one bullies, doesn't provoke, etc. The hotel is located in a convenient place, there are plenty of small shops outside the area, and there is a pharmacy. There is a mosque nearby, but the sound of the mule neither in the morning nor in the evening bothered us at all, and on the contrary, it delighted us and allowed us to immerse ourselves more in the place of our stay and the culture. We dedicated two days to excursions, we were in Mira-Kekova and in Kash. Very interesting tours, we recommend visiting, definitely. Overall, we are satisfied with the vacation, and I would even happily return to this hotel again. Regarding the star rating, I would say it's a five, but not a fancy one with live music, omars and crabs for lunch, ladies in evening gowns, etc., or a good, solid four. I definitely recommend this hotel and thank the staff for their work and attitude towards the guests ❤️
