Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the reception staff was always friendly. Our room (233) was neatly furnished. We liked the living area, and the shower had been modernized. However, the vanity in the bathroom is showing its age and should be replaced. The pool area was nicely designed and clean. Unfortunately, almost all the lounge chairs were reserved by around 7:30 a.m., without the hotel doing anything about it. Although we always found a spot on the beach, daily cleaning would be desirable, as food scraps and spilled drinks were often in the sand. The entry into the sea could also be made safer, as the anti-slip mat ends after about a meter and is followed by a very slippery wooden surface. The hotel grounds seem a bit worn overall. More emphasis should be placed on maintenance in some areas. For example, we noticed tiles attached with construction foam on the bridge over the pool, as well as electrical outlets hanging out of the wall in the restaurant area. The snack bar by the pool is a positive highlight. The food was delicious, and the staff there were very friendly and accommodated requests. The breakfast was good overall, even if communication at the omelet station was a bit difficult. At lunch, we usually found something that was okay. The biggest drawback for us was dinner. The selection for children, in particular, was not very varied and not very appealing. Often there were mainly french fries, and when they ran out, you sometimes had to wait a long time for a refill. Many parents were looking for alternatives for their children. Our comments to the reception and later also to the head chef were unfortunately rather dismissed. The staff was predominantly very young. Some employees were committed and friendly, others unfortunately seemed little motivated. Overall, we had a nice vacation, as the facility basically has potential. However, from our point of view, there is a clear need for improvement, especially regarding dinner, cleanliness on the beach, and the maintenance of the facility. For us, there will therefore likely not be a second stay at this hotel.

Average 3+ star family hotel – nice views and great flexibility, but don't expect 5-star luxury Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3.5 / 5) We stayed at this hotel a week before the official season started, and honestly, it is far from a 5-star experience. It feels much more like a standard 3+ star family hotel. While it had its highlights, we probably wouldn't choose it again for this price. Service & High Flexibility (Huge Plus!) Most of the waiters looked quite unhappy to be there. However, one cleaning guy was always cheerful, smiling, and welcoming! They do not speak very much english. A massive, super positive bonus for this hotel was their flexibility with check-in and check-out. We were allowed to get into our room a couple of hours before the official check-in time. Even better, since we had a late flight back home, they let us stay in the room a few hours longer. We were also allowed to keep our all-inclusive wristbands, meaning we could eat at the buffet right up until our transfer arrived. This was a wonderful gesture and a huge plus for the hotel! The Food I chose this hotel based on previous reviews praising the "amazing food," but we found it to be very average. Our family is not picky at all, but the selection repeated itself every single day, and we got tired of it after just a couple of days. It is possible that the variety improves once the official season kicks off, I really do not know. The Pools & Entertainment Because it was pre-season, there were no evening shows. As for the pools, the main pools were not heated. Fortunately, the kids' pool was heated, and the water slides were working. Other Positives: Cleanliness: Our room was cleaned punctually every single day. The Location & Views: The beach was beautiful, and the surrounding mountains were absolutely stunning. Local Sightseeing: There is a gorgeous canyon near the hotel, which is definitely worth a visit! Summary: The flexible room management and beautiful surroundings made our stay comfortable, and if you go in with 3+ star expectations, you will have a decent time. But if you are paying for or expecting a 5-star resort, you will likely be disappointed.

Relaxed at the hotel in late April 2026. Great hotel! The grounds are small but comfortable, low buildings create a cozy atmosphere. The room was cleaned every day. The staff are courteous, polite. The food is good. At the bar near the beach they make delicious cocktails, they eat champagne. The alcohol is good. Bartenders are good-natured, always smiley. The beach is big, there's plenty of room for everyone in season. Pebbles (special shoes are required) when entering the sea. The sea is pure, every pebble is visible. The hotel is conveniently located, there are many retail outlets (a whole street) nearby, also in the immediate vicinity of the bus stop, you can safely drive to Kemer or Antalya. The hotel is happy, after the rest only pleasant experiences!
