I worked at this hotel in 2003, it wasn't this bad, what a shame.

We rested at the hotel from 14.09-20.09 We chose a more expensive hotel, 4 stars - 1 line! We thought wow! And these are just beautiful photographs taken when the hotel first opened! Declared 4 stars! In fact 1 star! We arrived at the hotel early at 9.45 am, check-in at 2 pm, the travel agency promised us that there would be a separate room with a lock, where you can change clothes and leave your suitcases and go for a walk around the territory, there is no such room! Suitcases are just standing there in this big room! And any stranger can steal them! While we were at the reception (it is very difficult to understand that this is a reception), there was an ordinary bar table and all the workers in different clothes, it was difficult to understand which of them worked here and who was a rogue or a vacationer. While we were standing at the reception we were talking: can we eat? We were told that we were late for breakfast by 10.00 and expect lunch at 12.30, and we were very hungry because it took us a long time to get there and the travel agency told us that when you arrive at the hotel you will definitely be fed! We waited until 12.30 and went to eat, the food was so-so, but you can eat it, there was fried chicken and herring every day, pasta, porridge, sweets, everything was disgusting, a lot of different salads, but also so-so, fruits included plums once, apples every other day day, there seemed to be a watermelon every evening, the tables were not wiped very well, they always sat at a dirty table and wiped it themselves with napkins, the men working at the bar pour 2 glasses into their hands, their faces are always not happy, no one says hello or smiles, and more and they seem to accidentally dip their fingers into beer when they give it to you, and when you say pour it out and pour it fresh and ask not to dip your fingers in beer, they look at you very askance, and then they simply ignore you when you come to the bar! The glasses/forks/plates are all dirty, you have to stand for a long time and choose a clean one. There is no animation at all, the Coral Travel agency said that there is animation!! Every day we asked, will there be animation today? And they just fed us breakfast, tomorrow / tomorrow / tomorrow! And she wasn't there for the whole week!! As a result, they checked us in at 16.00 in the evening, and that was because we had already started a scandal there! How long can you wait? And a guy (very thin) with a long nose, tall, kept telling us after half an hour - I love it when after half an hour! ID*OT of some kind!!! It was with great sorrow that we were accommodated, my husband and I were accommodated in a room overlooking the back of the kitchen, just a terrible view, and 2 mothers were accommodated with a view of the mountains (thank God that their room was normal) A guide from TeZ Tour came and offered very expensive excursions! We bought it across the road from the hotel from a Ukrainian guy (company - Max Well) on Pamukalla! We recommend it to everyone! This is great ! The hotel is so-so very old, the rooms are frail, the water flows by gravity, the TV and air conditioning did not work in my husband and I’s room, there was 1 piece of toilet paper for the whole week, we asked at the reception for toilet paper, they simply ignored us, we had to buy it ourselves in the shop ! At the pool, all the sunbeds and pillows on the sunbeds are green - all crap with seagulls (((Shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and toothpaste, you need to take all this with you, the hotel does not provide this! Towels are provided for 1 person - 1 piece, and all No one changed them for a week, thank God we thought of bringing our own towels , if you want a clean towel or room cleaning, please pay 5 dollars! 5 minutes to the sea, the beach is Pebbles + sand, the beach is very dirty, covered in cigarette butts in bottles, the sunbeds are all broken, the sea is nice, clean, white, but there are a lot of fish that bite unexpectedly and painfully! Swimming is not possible! We do not recommend this hotel!!! We really didn’t like it, it was our first time abroad on line 1 and we were so disappointed! It’s a pity that the money came out to 184,000₽ for 4 people In the end, the transfer was also 1 hour late; the airport check-in was the last ones! We got the worst seats - near the toilet! We do not recommend this hotel Alexius and Tez Tour! It seems like I described everything!
