Corinthia Club

This hotel pretends to be a 5 star hotel but there are so many issues that I would be ashamed to call it that!! - Housekeeping is extremely poor, twice we had no towels, had to call 3 times to the reception and wait for over an hour before the towels were brought. The sheets were not changed once in 9 days, although the temperature was between 40-45 Celsius, we had to ask for everything, no vacuming, no real cleaning. The shower/bathroom was to small for a family room. The tiles in the bathroom were clearly not cleaned for a long time, we did not feel comfortable taking showers there. If you have any disability at all with your hip or legs, you will not be able to get into this bathtub/shower because it is just to high. If you do not like to spend your holiday with 98% Russian (of the total guests) then do NOT go to this hotel. Everything is focused on the Russian guests and the rest of the guest are neglected. We are a family from Turkey travelling in from Europe but we did not feel welcome at all, eventhough we were in our own country. The food was not Turkish, it was a mish mash of a bit of everything, blend, everyday practically the same but just presented differently, the diner time had no atmosphere at all, it was just eating for the sake of eating. If you do not like pebble beaches, do NOT go to this hotel or this area, the beach is only pebbles. The Animation, is absolutely ridiculous, it's like being in a horrible 80s tv entertainment show, it's a lot of tasteless things around the swimming pool. The only good thing about this hotel was a number of the people working there. Especially the restaurant leader Mr. ATA and his staff, Abdullah Caka, Yeliz Comlekci, Samet and Himmet and all others we did not have the name of, Also some of the staff of the Bacchus Bar made it bearable, such as Burcu, Kemal, and Umit from the food court near the beach. We will not be returning to this facility ever again and I will not recommend this hotel to anybody else. We were extremely happy to leave this hotel and forget all about this holiday as soon as possible.
