We booked a family room for four through customer service by phone before arriving at the hotel, but when we arrived we were told there were no suitable rooms available. We then decided to move to separate rooms with private bathrooms and toilets, but they charged us a 6-day difference for just two days. Absolutely, neither the call center nor the hotel were helpful; they kept blaming each other and kept us waiting at reception for over two hours. Even the shampoo bottles in the rooms were empty; we had to get our own. The music from the disco next to the hotel and the hotel behind it was so loud it was impossible to sleep. I will never stay here again.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was also very delicious and varied. Unfortunately, the rooms are old and in need of renovation. Everything is very old and extremely uncomfortable. While the cleanliness is generally good, it's very inadequate. Don't expect a sparkling clean room, hotel, pool, or lobby. I was very pleased with the staff and the food, but renovating the rooms would significantly improve the hotel's quality. Also, the animation team was superb; Cihangir Bey and Arif Bey were fantastic.
