Bring a set of tools, Dichlorofos, batteries, towels with you, you might need all of this at Alder Resort 🤦 The smell of sewage all around! Sometimes weaker, sometimes stronger, there are some treatment plants literally next to the fence. Many complained about the same stench in the rooms, but at least we were lucky, our room didn't smell. But the number itself is terribly killed: the door was jammed, sometimes it could be opened on the 10th try (which surprised me when I went to the reception with this problem and even wanted to show on video that the lock was broken, the Turk just told me not to show him anything 🤷🤦), the door closer on one side was ripped out with the flesh and was banging against the wall, so the door opened only about 40 degrees, in the end, my husband unscrewed it with a nail file so it wouldn't bother. The doors in the sliding closet and the shower have come off the tracks and are very hard to move (my husband also fixed them himself); the shower has such a layer of buildup, as if it has never been washed (I wouldn't be surprised if that's true, because the cleaning is very mediocre even between check-ins; there was trash from other guests lying around the beds, and overall, the cleaning is just about taking the trash out of the bin). THE AIR CONDITIONER DIDN'T WORK! In the room it's hot, the air conditioner is set to +16, you are standing half a meter underneath it and... nothing. Nothing is felt at all, except for the sound. Since the reception completely refuses to answer guests' questions without an extra charge, my husband went to look himself. And there are filters in such a layer of dust, maybe they were never cleaned, meaning the air conditioner simply couldn't blow through it. We threw those dirty filters on the balcony, and, hallelujah, the room finally became cool. The TV remote didn't work either; it had already been put in with heavily chewed batteries that the staff stubbornly refuses to change. On the beach, I heard guests complaining about ants in their rooms. We didn't have them at first, but then they threw a note under the door saying that disinfection would be carried out tomorrow. So after this "disinfection" we spent the whole evening crushing INSECTS, like ants with wings, that were crawling on the walls, the bed, the floor. In the children's pool, all the seams are in black MOLD, as are the sun loungers by the pool. The pool itself is not bad, but I honestly have never seen it being cleaned. This is the first time. The slides worked properly. The food is so-so, you won't go hungry, but you won't find any tasty food either. The red wine is absolutely terrible, the white one is still usable. The daytime animation is nothing special, but the evening one is very, very weak; only the last evening was relatively good all week. The beach is very dirty, they don't clean it at all. The beach is not small, but keep in mind that the beach is shared with Alder Garden, so a crowd-free spot can only be found early in the morning. The playground is ruined and sits in the middle of the sun, as if it doesn't exist. The ping pong table is crooked and slanted, propped up by some stone 😂 and generally all scratched up. In conclusion: I have not yet encountered a hotel with less staff and more neglected (not aged, but neglected due to a careless attitude). The hotel does not match this rating or this star rating at all.

We vacationed in September 2026 with children, the hotel is definitely not ultra all-inclusive, the room stock is old, the furniture is old, sometimes broken, cleaning every day, but they don't wash the mirror, the faucet, the shower cabin, everything is very dirty, the floor is always wet in the bathroom every time you take a shower. The food is okay, we weren't hungry, they gave red fish twice in 9 days. The staff is unmotivated, at the reception it feels like they don't even want to talk to you, they don't explain anything, it's unpleasant. And yes, the internet IS PAID!!! But you can buy 1 person and enable the distribution, although they are silent about it at the reception, and weighing the suitcase is also paid. High-level animation, the guys try and give it their all, the cocktails are also very tasty, but the drinks from the machines are disgusting, it's not even yuppy, it's something you can't figure out. On the beach, after 9 o'clock, you can't find a free sunbed, at 10 o'clock they give fries, a hamburger, sometimes there was watermelon and three times gezleme. And the most unpleasant and disappointing thing is the very unpleasant smell of sewage, there are treatment facilities nearby and sometimes such a stench hangs in the air, it's unbearable, you can't open the balcony. The view from the room is stunning, but because of the smell, you can't enjoy these views. Are we going to that hotel again - definitely no.

Disadvantages Food: there seems to be a lot of it, but there is nothing varied. The salads seem spoiled, all with a sourness. Cleaning, it's useless to leave a card on the door, even if you go and ask, the probability that they will clean is 50/50, and the quality of cleaning is 3/10 Condition of the rooms: they are very worn out. There is a smell of sewage in the hotel and the rooms The internet is a whole other story Spine rigging for an extra charge Flies in the restaurant Distance to the beach Pros Beautiful view of the mountains Delicious rice, fruits Animation It is not recommended to go to this hotel unless there are absolutely no other options.
