Relaxed at the hotel in late July. In general, everything liked: the room is clean, cleaned every day, the food is varied, the area is green, the pool is clean, the beach is conveniently accessible by transfer. But the coolest thing about this place for me was the atmosphere that the employees create. Special thanks to animator Dasha. It really energizes. A very cool, kind and sweet girl. I'm 15 and I don't usually play games and I don't really like animation, but that's why I went to darts. She can call out like that, it's impossible to say no. She memorizes the guests, comes up, smiles, and even when you lose, you feel cool. It was a shame to leave. People like that make vacations unforgettable. I hope to come back here someday. We rested at the Viking Garden Hotel - we were satisfied. This is a good budget option: the area is small but well maintained, and the mountain views are amazing. Lived in room 508 in building two. The room was quiet, clean, everything worked properly: the air conditioning was quiet, the plumbing in the shower was perfectly fine, the linen was fresh. The clean-up wasn't reproached either. Out of nuance: Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby – we had enough, we did not buy separately. Towels - paid, 5 euros, safe - 3 euros per night. The meals pleased variety and taste. There were always fruits: watermelons, oranges, nectarines, apples. They came to dinner a little later, at 7:30 p.m. or 8:00 p.m., and there were still plenty, no lines. If anything ran out, they brought in new things. From the drinks - soda, juices from the machine, local alcohol: red and white wine, beer, gin, vodka, raqqa. The rest (rum, whiskey, tequila) is paid for, which was surprising, but perhaps this concept is specific to Kemer. Cocktails and ice cream are also charged separately. The animation seemed a little sluggish during the day, but in the evening the program was full, with live music and karaoke every day (except Sundays). About the beach: three beaches can be visited by the hotel bracelet. Two are on the promenade (Viking Beach) - they can be reached in 10-15 minutes by a leisurely step along a walking street. Only hotels are located on this street, and there are no annoying calls on excursions and shops. The third beach is further away, where the shuttle goes. According to reviews and reviews, it is quieter, there is sand instead of pebbles, and the sea is clean. At the same time, the hotel does not tell much about beaches on the promenade, most guests are taken to the far beach. We've never been to a far beach, always gone to the nearest one on the waterfront. There were always free sunbeds, but the beach bar is paid for (in the screenshot showed you how to get to the nearest). The pool is small, the sunbeds are scarce - they are quickly occupied. The water in the pool is cool: at noon it is great refreshing, but we rarely swim in it, preferring the beach. The location of the hotel is a big plus: close to the centre, with beautiful mountain views, there are many shops around, and in the evening it is nice to walk. On the whole, the holiday is satisfied: the hotel fully met expectations for budget accommodation.

Disappointment for 155,000 rubles. The hotel we'll never return to again I don't even know where to start. We rested in July. The trip was taken on a burning offer, the cost for 6 nights was 155,000 rubles. For that money, they expected to get a decent rest, but the reality was completely different. Accommodation and staff From the first minute, it was clear that expectations were not met. Staff speak very little Russian or English. Even basic issues were therefore difficult to resolve. Nutrition It wasn't the first All Inclusive hotel vacation, and I didn't even expect to come to a hotel like this and not know what to eat. The food choices are really big, but about 80% of the dishes are just inedible. The only thing that was consistently delicious was sweets and pastries. Sometimes it was possible to find properly cooked meat, but most often chicken wings or drumsticks were served, dried almost to the condition of coals. Breakfast Almost every morning there's a huge queue for pancakes, because that's almost the only thing you can eat properly. There are also dry breakfasts and one porridge, but most holidaymakers are still behind pancakes. Make sure you check it before you take a plate. Even clean dishes after washing often end up stained with chocolate served to the same pancakes. Lunch and dinner The main task is to find edible meat. If you're lucky enough to take it and it turns out to be cooked normally - consider it a good day. Queues for fries are also constantly gathering. Sometimes you can have soup, but it's always the same. Most of the restaurant is occupied by tables with endless olives, canned vegetables, strange salads with a specific flavor and even fried whole onions. In all my time off, I've never seen anyone enjoy eating these dishes. Drinks Coffee machines are literally begging for service, but the staff seem to be completely ignoring them. Tea, coffee and juices are available in the morning. However, juices are difficult to call it - they resemble a cheap powdered drink with a very strong chemical taste. At lunch and dinner, you also have to wait in lines of 15–20 people for drinks. Bar and snacks The hotel has a lobby bar and a pool bar. Free drinks are available from 10:00 to 23:00 and are poured exclusively into plastic glasses. The rest of the time, everything becomes payable. Of the free alcohol, only vodka, gin and simple cocktails based on them (usually juice with vodka or gin and tonic). There's food at the pool bar from 2:30 to 4:30, but you have to come to the opening. After a while, there's almost nothing left. Sometimes local "cakes" appear in the evening, although in fact they are most often just dried cookies. Beach bar The hotel has its own beach, which is about 4-5 minutes away. Only water from the cooler can be taken for free at the beach. All other drinks cost 3-4 euros. Rooms The room was spacious (category "Economy"), but there was virtually no noise insulation. The two adjacent rooms are separated by a wooden door, so you can hear all the neighbors' conversations perfectly at night. The rooms are already visibly tired and need updating. Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. To get new toilet paper or clean towels, it is often necessary to search for staff yourself and ask for the room to be cleaned. I first met a category 4* hotel, which lacks even dental kits. There are no slippers or bathrobes either. Additional fees are payable for: safe - $3; Wi-Fi in the room - paid; beach towels - $5. They're not changed or washed, but they're allowed to take home. Pool and entertainment The hotel has about 210 rooms, but the pool is clearly designed for a much smaller number of people. Every day it was crowded. There is a children's pool, however, children are constantly bathing in an adult. The animation is only formally present. It seems that the guests are entertained by the same staff who work as waiters or cleaners during the day. There is no full animation program. Fridays are "sea day." They serve crawfish, shrimp and sushi. Because of this, the restaurant has a huge queue of almost all hotel guests. Many people pile up huge mountains of food that are just thrown away. A significant proportion of holidaymakers do not have time to taste these dishes at all. Beach Because my wife really wanted the sea, we went to the beach every day. It's the beach that deserves a separate conversation. It looks like it hasn't been removed in years. Rusty umbrellas, the cheapest sunbeds, garbage, old rubber, branches, plastic all lie right on the beach. The beach itself is sandy and pebbly. Packages, sticks, branches and other debris also float in the sea. There's almost no desire to go into the water. Total For 155,000 rubles, this holiday became one of the biggest disappointments. Pros can be found here, but they do not at all overlap a huge number of disadvantages: poor nutrition, queues for almost everything, paid basic services, mediocre cleaning, a crowded pool and a very dirty beach. Do I recommend this hotel? Definitely not.
