The hotel and its furniture are heavily aged and need to be renovated. The staff of the SPA Center constantly throughout the hotel conducts aggressive campaigning of tourists to visit the spa treatments. If a person refuses to communicate or reports that they do not need their services, insults such as "you are so rude and aggressive, terrible!" begin. Hotel management needs to practice the behavior of the spa center's kids. The clock and the thermometer (electronic) are not on the beach. To get a good room with a good view (not of the roadway) and well-functioning air conditioning, you need to pay at the reception. The kitchen is great, the restaurant staff is 100% open.

The hotel is a nice family hotel. The animation team is very attentive. A hotel with plenty of activities. Animation team members Mustafa Dilara and Nihat, bartender Diyar, and waiters Emine Hasan and Mehmet Emin deserve extra praise. The only downside is that you have to wait in line because the à la carte restaurants don't require reservations. It would be much better if it added some flavor to the dishes. Apart from that, it's a nice family hotel.

It's not the first time we've had a holiday with our family in Kemerovo, this time choosing Crystal Pearl Collection prestige Elite. We really enjoyed this hotel, the big grounds. There's a shuttle service that takes you across the bridge to the sea. Very tasty food, definitely won't stay hungry, cocktails are very tasty , delightful holiday . The activities are very varied , children have a lot of fun and adults too. Back here again.
