Ozkaymak Marina Hotel

This was our third time returning to Ozkaymak Marina Hotel with my daughter from Manchester, and once again, we have had the most amazing stay. We genuinely cannot fault this hotel, and there is a reason we keep coming back. The rooms and cleanliness throughout the hotel have always been exceptional. The location is also fantastic, situated right next to the marina, with plenty of bars, shops, restaurants and a beach club all within easy reach. There is a great variety of food available throughout the day, with plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The afternoon snack bars are especially good, offering everything from burgers and pizzas to fresh fruit, salads and cakes. There is also a lovely patisserie with a wide selection of sweet treats and coffee available throughout the day — perfect for satisfying that sweet tooth! 🍰☕ The staff are truly what makes this hotel so special. The reception team have always treated us with such professionalism and kindness, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure the wellbeing and happiness of their guests is their priority. The bar staff also deserve a special mention. They are always friendly, attentive and welcoming, and every visit is met with a smile and a warm welcome. A very special mention has to go to the entertainment and animation team — Hayal, Eva, Eddie and Mustafa. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure there is a fantastic variety of activities throughout the day. They bring such a fun, energetic and positive atmosphere to the hotel, both during the day and into the evening. The kids’ club is also a great addition, with activities available for the little ones during both the day and evening, meaning there really is something for children of all ages. The evening entertainment is fantastic. There is a different show every night, ranging from modern dance and Turkish Night to live music, karaoke and so much more. The live entertainment never fails to amaze us and has become one of the highlights of our evenings. If you prefer a more relaxed evening, there is always the option of heading to the Bamboo Bar, which offers a lovely chilled atmosphere, live music and the opportunity to have a dance if you fancy it. There really is something for everyone. All in all, the staff — including the managers — never make you feel like just another guest. They make you feel like family, and this is one of the biggest reasons we continue to return. We have had the best summer at Ozkaymak Marina Hotel and are already looking forward to coming back next year. We cannot thank the whole team enough for making our stay so memorable once again. The hotel is wonderful. But there are huge questions for the guide I want to warn everyone who travels through Pegasus, if you happen to encounter the guide Niyaz - run. An uncultured, conceited "professional guide" (at least, that's what he thinks) We didn't come to the meeting because we were after an overnight flight and simply overslept the event, so they suggested we come to him at any convenient time so we could give him all the necessary documents. He didn't answer anything to that, and started speaking rudely! Starting to use "ty" (informal "you"), which in my opinion, is not permissible! Also including "bro-like" communication, with phrases like: and the flight day, will you sleep through it too? And when the moment came that they postponed our flight by 10 hours, I approached him with a question about how things would develop further? Will they give us a number and so on? He gave such an answer: you should have come to the meeting, I refuse to supervise you and your friend, find out everything at the reception. An adult man has already come with me and said: the girls overslept your meeting, it happens to everyone, can you resend the information to them? But he also snapped at him, saying: I am a professional guide, if you are all so smart here, then solve the problem yourselves! And just left This is the most unprofessional behavior of an EXPERIENCED GUIDE, as he presents himself. And while we were solving this issue, many Russian-speaking tourists came to our aid, whom he also manages, and they only left negative reviews about him.
