IC Hotels Residence

We’ve just returned from a week at IC Green Palace Resort and had a brilliant holiday. It’s a FANTASTIC hotel, especially for small children. There’s plenty to keep them busy, including a kids’ club, daily activities, splash areas, soft play, playgrounds by the pool and beach, face painting and a kids’ disco plus more! The food was excellent. We’ve stayed at several 5 star hotels around the world, but this is the first where we didn’t feel the need to eat out. Premium touches were a bonus too, from the coffee and drinks to ice creams such as Magnum and Cornettos. We also really appreciated how the hotel cares for the cats and other animals, as well as its efforts with recycling. Those things matter to us, and it was lovely to see them taken seriously. Well done for getting this right! Many hotels only care about the cash and don't have ethical values. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you!

I can only say good things about the vacation at this hotel. We really liked everything. We took part not in the main building, but where the villas are. We had the smallest villa, but with a pool and so cozy that you don't need anything else. When we were at the villa, we couldn't shake the feeling that we were in Bali or Malta. Very cool. Just 5+. Every villa on the seashore has its own bungalow (cabana) with a large bed, fan, sockets, umbrella, and sun loungers. With a button to call the waiter from the nearest bar. They come right away, they bring everything you wish for. Everything is great About food. We ate in a separate restaurant where those who took the villas eat. There is a sufficiently short Swedish line, but everything needed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, everything is in abundance. I haven't said yet about taking food by menu like à la carte. Delicious steaks, lamb ribs, and much more, everything is there. The head waiter knows and warmly greets every guest. They serve quickly. I never wanted to go to the main restaurant. In short, 5+ Service It all starts with you being connected to the concierge chat service. Victoria and Nargiz worked with us. All questions were solved instantly, the smart girls and beauties accompanied us for the whole week and a half. For the rest of the service. Everything is wonderful. Didn't notice any downsides, the staff is attentive, polite, and always greets. Clearly performs its function. So, the summary is: I'm a complainer and I always dislike something. But I enjoyed this hotel and will definitely come again. I forgot to write about the territory: very large and very beautiful. Just a feast for the eyes

A very cozy, quiet, peaceful, and incredibly beautiful hotel with a high level of service! We stayed at the hotel with family from September 13 to September 20, 2026. Arrived at 10:00, we were met with a comfortable private transfer, with wifi, air conditioning, and cold water! The drive from the airport to the hotel took 15-20 minutes. We were greeted by a girl Valeria with very tasty wine, fruits, and nuts, they quickly and according to our wishes selected a great villa and we were able to check in around 12:00 and enjoy the vacation! I would like to specifically mention the fresh flowers at the villa on the day of check-in and the diverse contents of the mini-bar at the villa (water, juices, coke, fanta, sprite, whiskey, vodka, raki, chocolates, cookies, etc.) and the excellent soundproofing! They cleaned very well every day, restocked the minibar, and changed towels and bed linen! The hotel territory is very green, beautiful, well-maintained, and you will be taken to any point in a few minutes by buggy cars with friendly drivers! Huge thanks to Valeria and Nargiz, they were always in touch and helped with everything (from calling a taxi for shopping or an excursion to the aquarium to ordering à la carte at a restaurant and answering all questions). The food is very good and varied, thanks to the chefs for their work! There is both a buffet and the option to order from the menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which is very convenient! A large selection of quality imported drinks (whiskey, cognac, vodka, etc.), you can always order fresh! The waiters are friendly, smiling, and bring everything very quickly! A cool pool with comfortable sunbeds with mattresses is just super! Drinks and snacks are brought here at your request! A nice warm sea, with a good snack bar and equally comfortable sunbeds! The evening shows were of a high level, I really liked the national dances and the circus show! There is a small moon park and a children's center on the territory of Ic Green Palace for children, a water park, it will be fun for everyone! We will definitely return for a vacation to IC Hotel Green Palace & Villas! PS: I was very pleased with the compliment from the hotel on the last day of our vacation; they brought a large plate of fruit and baklava to the room 😊👍
