Great family hotel. We are here for the second time this year and, just like last year, we are completely satisfied. Great, green hotel complex with water slides and plenty of activities for young and old. The buffet is incredibly diverse. Our children are very picky, but they always find something here that tastes good. The food presentation is beautiful. The kitchen crew must spend hours preparing here. The staff is super friendly no matter which restaurant you are in; you are always served in a friendly manner. Special thanks to Yusuf 🙏 with his special cocktails for our boys, he shook his way into our hearts. He took very attentive care of us the whole time. 🤩👏 Thank you very much Yusuf!!! 🙏 Thanks also to Ugur. He always checked in on how we were doing and if everything was okay. 🤩 The entire animation team, Suzan, Ember, ... are great. Many thanks to the entire team - you made our vacation an unforgettable experience. 👏 The hotel and the entire complex are very clean. A lot of attention is paid to that. We can recommend the hotel 100% and will come back next year.

First of all, the hotel's food and hospitality are excellent. I would like to thank Mr. Muhammet in the à la carte restaurant, Mr. Veysi in the other restaurant section, Mr. Uğur in the spa section, and finally Mr. Ömer (my brother) from the animation team for their attention and care. Most of the staff were friendly. They have a very good variety of dishes. Also, it doesn't cause any discomfort. The pool is good, but the beach is a bit wavy. There are different events every evening. Speaking for myself, the negative aspects are that everyone wakes up at 7 am to reserve sunbeds by the pool, leaving their towels and belongings, and some arrive later, around 11 or 12. Everyone sets their alarms and wakes up at 7, rushing to drop off their towels to secure a spot. It doesn't matter if they're German or Turkish. The problem is, the clean towels section only opens at 8:30 a.m. But when you go to the pool at 8:30 a.m. with your towel, I'm not exaggerating, 95% of the pool is occupied by towels on the sun loungers. So everyone leaves their dirty towels behind the night before, and in the morning, especially German citizens, they rush to continue using the same towels. You're the one placing it in that 5% space. If you're a family of four, it means you'll all be vacationing in separate locations. 3. The day couldn't take it anymore and the situation escalated to 3. I sent it as a message that morning. When I went there between 10 and 11 o'clock with the towels I had just bought, I left the poolside for about 10 minutes, and then my children said, "Dad, the staff took our towels from the sun loungers." I went to reception to explain the situation, and Ms. Betül said they only take things away if you don't leave anything on your towel. But everyone who didn't come back at 7 AM to leave their belongings and towels is still here with their dirty towels, while our clean towel is gone :) The issue I brought up this morning has backfired on me :) When I suggested that leaving the luggage overnight should be mandatory, I received the response, "Why should we impose rules on people when no other hotel does?" Then Ms. Betül got the towels from the spa center and gave them to me. (Personally, I didn't know if my spot by the pool was taken; I would have expected her to accompany me.) A solution definitely needs to be found for this. On the same day, a German citizen occupied our spot by lying down on our sun lounger. Despite me explaining the situation to him, the person in question did not get up from his seat. We reported the situation to the manager, Ms. Betül, but the person still didn't move from their seat. To avoid making the problem worse, I said, "Okay, we'll move somewhere else." Because if I escalated the situation, it would cause unpleasantness. Actually, my vacation ended there. But I kept quiet so as not to affect my children and my wife. But this person had to be removed from our position somehow. 4. I had just found the perfect spot that morning and was putting my towel on the sun lounger when a German citizen rushed past me and threw his towel onto the lounger. "Patience," I said. I was the first to arrive, I said. "Sorry," he said, putting the two legs aside. Then I saw her pulling the umbrella, I said, "What are you doing? What am I supposed to do?" He said sorry and left. Of course, I didn't tell either the hotel management or my family about this incident. So, like every nation, there are ill-mannered people. Besides their beauty, it would be better if these incidents didn't happen.

I come to this hotel every year and we are very satisfied. The food and rooms are very good. This year, the animation team was excellent, and I especially want to thank Omer; he was very attentive and entertained us. I highly recommend it.
