Aperion Club Hotel

The hotel is an absolute disaster. There's no variety in the food, no desserts, nobody cleans the rooms, and they don't even provide toilet paper. On the first day I arrived, an indifferent male receptionist told me we had booked the hotel through Rio Tatil, and he said they didn't have my registration and didn't help me. I called Rio Tatil myself, but nobody answered the phone or responded to my messages. We waited in front of the reception for two hours. Then, when it was understood that the mistake was due to the clueless receptionist, our registration was completed. However, they didn't allow us to have breakfast. They said something ridiculous like, "Because check-in is at 2 PM, you can't use the hotel facilities before 2 PM." The cleanliness was zero; the plates were always wet. There was no variety; the breakfast was nothing, just a huge jar of margarine, like the cheapest kind from a discount supermarket. There was no honey, no butter, no cheese, no pastries, no bagels. There were only 5 sunbeds by the pool; whoever gets one in the morning is the best, so you're left standing. The beach service was zero. The sea was rocky and suddenly got deep. I came to this hotel without knowing anything about it; I was fooled by the photos and reviews. Anyone with sense shouldn't come here. For the same price, or a few thousand more, you can find much nicer hotels in the Kemer area. That's why this hotel is an absolute disaster; it's not worth the money you pay, you'll be disappointed, and you'll regret it. Think ten times before making a reservation at this hotel; take my word for it.

IGNORING ALL THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS, LET ME TELL YOU WHAT THE WORST, MOST NEGATIVE, AND DISGRACEFUL HOLIDAY AND TRIP EXPERIENCE EVER WAS LIKE; First of all, we had an ALL INCLUSIVE check-in on Sunday, May 24, 2026, and arrived at the hotel around 1 PM. I was so shocked by what I saw that I thought I had mistaken my hotel for another one. There was NO ONE TO GREET US; it looked more like an abandoned, dilapidated place than a hotel. I had paid the full amount in advance. The reception said the reservation wasn't showing up, we waited for an hour, and they said, "OUR HOTEL JUST ENDED ITS HOLIDAY!" Everywhere was filthy, smelling of paint, disorganized, and chaotic; it was mind-boggling. After seeing the view, we wanted to cancel, they initially said yes, then later said they couldn't cancel. Anyway, we decided to look around and see the beach area, but forget the beach, there weren't even any sun loungers, no beach at all. We went back to the room, smelled of foul odor, the air conditioner was malfunctioning, and there was NO KETTLE, PHONE, TRASH CAN, OR CLEANING SUPPLIES IN THE ROOM!! THERE ARE ALSO SECURITY VULNERABILITIES. THE KEYS ARE ON TOP OF THE ROOMS, THERE'S NO DIGITAL SECURITY SYSTEM, YOU ENTER WITH AN OLD-FASHIONED KEY. LOCK YOUR DOOR, OTHERWISE SOMEONE COULD JUST BURST IN. FOR BREAKFAST, THERE'S NOTHING BUT TWO TYPES OF OLIVES, CHEESECOOLATED FRUITS, LET ALONE TOAST AND PASTRIES. RENOVATIONS ARE STILL ONGOING, WORKERS ARE STILL WORKING, AND THE SLIDE ISN'T ACTIVE. HOW CAN YOU GO TO THE POOL OR THE SEA IN SUCH AN ESTABLISHMENT?? DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE COMMENTS, THINK CAREFULLY.
