Horrible, stained nippy sheets and pillowcases. Had to say about changing towels o bed linen. Hard beds you lie directly on the feathers. Have stayed many times at begonville the first time 8 years ago when it was quite ok but it just gets worse and worse. Last time I never said again but this time had to change hotel during the stay. Housekeeping is terrible. In the apartment with the 1 room old part there is not even a table to put the suitcase on. I brought in the balcony table. Refuses to put it in bed or on the floor with the risk of bringing bugs home. Have never discovered any but got a malaise as soon as I walked into the room! There was not a single hook in the bathroom to hang towels on. One day I just finished showering and luckily the water disappeared for about 30 minutes, fun if I was soapy then. Smelled drains from the shower all week. When I went to check in there was a block in the well right at the entrance to the hotel and it did not smell nice. Think Ving should pause this place so they mend their ways.
