I just returned from a vacation spent at this hotel with my godson, and we had a very good stay. The hotel is truly magnificent, very well maintained, and the rooms are clean. The staff is always smiling, welcoming, and very friendly, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The meals were generally very good. The only small downside concerns the sushi night, which was not to our taste. Another disappointment: the Italian ice machine broke down on our second day and unfortunately was not repaired during our stay. The cocktails are excellent, which is quite rare in all-inclusive hotels. A real positive point! The hotel offers many activities (golf, ping-pong, etc.), but it is a shame that they stop around 6 PM. During the day, with the intense heat, one does not always feel like engaging in these activities. It would be truly appreciated to be able to enjoy them after dinner, for those who prefer that to the shows offered in the evening. There are several pools, including one reserved exclusively for adults, which is very nice for those seeking a bit of peace. The restaurants operate in a buffet style. It is not gourmet cuisine, but the selection is varied and everyone can easily find something they like. The beach is very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. To know for transportation: to go to Side or Manavgat, just take buses 11 or 2 (€1.50 per person per trip). For the return, you need to take bus 10. However, there is practically nothing around the hotel for shopping, so you need to plan to travel. Overall, we had an excellent vacation and I happily recommend this hotel. Hotel mainly with Germans.

We're at this hotel now: we've been back regularly before. There was a quality and very pleasant hotel. Recommended him to his friends. Unfortunately, that's all in the past. And the most important thing is that in the past quality customer service. Because the most you'll get on your appeal is about: non-functioning air conditioners (which, in addition to not functioning, also rumble all night every minute turning sleep into torture); accidents on the show when a child cannot sleep after the artist falls on the audience; tired room infrastructure - silence. Yes, even without "sorry for the inconvenience." Conditions don't work and every minute they knock in the night you know why? Because Turkey is hot in the summer and the system can't cope. So when you gather here, remember that Turkey is hot in summer) Separately I want to pay attention to Turkish manager Murat, who just ham-handedly communicates with guests, allows himself to get up and leave during the dialogue, chuckle and ignore. This, apparently, Turkish hospitality is now manifested, for which this hotel was previously famous and the professionalism of the employees who have to deal with such issues. A person simply takes a chair and receives a salary that would be better spent on repairing the room stock.
