First of all, as someone who has stayed in many places, including this region, I can say that "terrible" is an understatement. The cleanliness and hygiene were terrible; our room smelled of mold and dampness. The bathroom smelled terribly of urine. When we reported this problem, they looked at me as if they were going to curse at me. When we asked for a towel change, they told us to go and get one from somewhere else, it was ridiculous. Daily room cleaning was being done, but I never noticed. Every morning at the crack of dawn, while you were asleep, they would open the door without even knocking and go in to renovate a mini-bar; zero privacy. And sadly, my precious ring is missing; it was taken from my room. We reported this, but they paid no attention. Except for one or two staff members in the restaurant section, I have never seen so many unhappy employees together. They weren't turning on the air conditioning, creating a sauna-like atmosphere in the lobby. The food was average, but there's no variety unless you rush to eat. I think those who gave it a 4-star rating were having their first hotel experience, which is why they left such reviews. We had four rooms and for the first time ever, we all counted the days until our vacation was over. I'd say go there if you want to throw your money away…

Those who have had real hotel experience before will unfortunately leave with disappointment. Hygiene was poor, the rooms were damp and had a strange smell. We stayed as a large family and had the same problem in all the rooms. The food is acceptable. Air conditioning was almost non-existent in the common areas. In the heat of Alanya, the fact that the air conditioning isn't working and no action is being taken to address it is particularly annoying. I can't generalize about waiters, but this is the first time I've seen such unhappy staff. The sea is very rough. In short, those planning to go should think twice.

This holiday marks our sixth consecutive visit, and I think that speaks for itself. We are very pleased with every single staff member, starting with the manager, Mr. Hasan.
