A special mention goes to Hakan, who was a highlight of our stay. He’s warm, friendly, and brilliant at getting people involved without ever being pushy. He made every day enjoyable for us and was incredible with all of our kids. His energy and kindness really set the tone for the resort.🍹 Bar StaffThe bar staff were consistently brilliant—pleasant, welcoming, and always happy to help. They added a great atmosphere around the pool and evening areas.🏊♂️ WaterparkThe waterpark is one of the resort’s strongest features. There are plenty of slides for all ages, and we rarely had to wait more than a minute or two. It’s clean, well‑run, and a huge part of why the resort works so well for families.🧹 HousekeepingThe cleaning staff were outstanding. Our rooms were spotless every single day of our two‑week stay, and the attention to detail was noticeable. They deserve a lot of credit for keeping the resort feeling fresh and well‑maintained.🍽️ DiningMexican and Asian à la carte restaurants: Both were excellent—great food, great service, and a nice change of pace from the main buffet.All‑inclusive buffet: As expected, it was busy and crowded at peak times, but the food options were good. More themed nights would definitely improve the experience.One thing that stood out was the buffet service style. Unlike other resorts I’ve visited, the servers here seem focused solely on clearing and resetting tables rather than welcoming guests or offering drinks. It’s not a major issue, but it does make the buffet feel more functional and less personal. In other resorts, that small bit of interaction usually adds warmth—and I’d happily tip for it—but it doesn’t seem to be part of how this buffet is run.🧑💼 Customer RelationsA final mention to John in customer relations. We had a great conversation, and he helped resolve an issue on our last night. His professionalism and friendliness were much appreciated.🌟 Overall ImpressionClub Prive Turan World is a clean, lively, family‑friendly resort with amazing people, brilliant entertainment, and plenty to do. While the buffet service could be more engaging, everything else—from the waterpark to the housekeeping to the staff—made it a genuinely enjoyable holiday.
