Crystal Sunset Luxury Resort & Spa

So we arrived this evening and really disappointed so far. Our family room is terrible the kids are right by the balcony with a single catch to get out of the door, there’s literally 2 beds in there absolutely nothing else not even a bedside table literally nothing so we are all sharing one wardrobe that’s not even a full wardrobe. The bed sheets are non existent there’s a single throw on the double that will barely cover a person. We arrived late about 10pm and the food was disappointing too. To be fair I have spoken to reception who said nothing they can do tonight but to come back tomorrow so I will update my review based on tomorrow but it won’t be a first good night sleep that’s for sure and literally there is one wardrobe so unpacking is pretty pointless. The room is tired and dated and as mentioned thrown 2 beds in a room doesn’t make it worthy and worst of all the safety is ridiculous.

Arrived this evening and really really not impressed at all. The family room we have booked has the kids right next to the balcony with just a catch between them and a large balcony drop. The kids room has literally nothing in it two beds not one place to store anything not even a bed side table, so that’s 4 people sharing not even a full wardrobe . The room is so dated and broken in places. Not going to sleep well at all tonight at all but I have spoken to reception who said come back tomorrow and they will see what they can do and I will update the review as that’s so important. First impressions walk round and eating late on arrival were really disappointing. Hopefully something better will come tomorrow.

Best hotel team is the bar tenders and animation team , eveyone is so friendly , deffinitly comming back!
