Hello, I am currently staying at the hotel, and it has been a huge disappointment. You feel negative energy the moment you walk in; at the reception, there was a heavy-set, blue-eyed employee who gave blank responses and a cold, indifferent welcome—acting as if they just wanted to get it over with and have us leave immediately. We started off on the wrong foot right away. Then we got to our room and were shocked—it was a tiny, cramped space. Thankfully, we spoke to the manager, who addressed the issue immediately, but the staff in general are very surly and indifferent, though they treat foreigners differently. Also, one of the women at the hamburger and pizza station—the shorter one—speaks in a very scolding, aggressive tone. The hotel is chaotic, with crowded buildings clustered together; I didn't like it at all, and it is definitely a place I will never visit again.
