We were in the spa, and it was the best experience in our life

I need to get something off my chest ‼️ I don't understand the people who complain so much about the hotel and everything else !! 1. You are guests in this hotel during your vacation, that does not mean you have bought the hotel! 2. Food here and there, tastes vary, and there was always enough for everyone! 3. The service staff, from the bar manager Ramazan to the waiter Orhan, are all very polite and helpful, of course, if you treat people with respect; they are not your servants! You are living in the wrong decade otherwise ‼️ 4. Housekeeping is always friendly and helpful, no matter what you need! And the rooms are also perfectly fine! 5. The reception staff and the ladies always help when you kindly ask! 6. The animation team at the pool and kids club is always in a good mood --> So folks, enjoy your vacation and you will have fun too! You can be stuffy after the vacation 😉👍✌️ The pools and bars are always clean with friendly service.

We flew out arriving 7th May, we stayed for 2 weeks in room 1323, this was our second visit, which says alot, and it gave meaning to the cliché of making memories. The building's and grounds are immaculately clean, the staff are friendly, always smiling and very helpful. The facilities are great, for instance 2 large pools, 2 kiddies pools, plenty of sun loungers, another pool with 4 mean slides, and then there's the beachside. This is a picturesque setting, a sandy beach, a turquoise sea, a beach bar serving meals and refreshments, and this reverts to a restaurant on an evening. The food is excellent, aways choice for us English, but other elements of foreign cuisine all mixed in, with exotic great tastes. The drinks are branded, there is entertainment for everyone, from a mini club for the kids, followed by a show in the amphitheatre, to a more subtle sound of a pianist in the main bar, or a little jazz on the roof top bar, all presented professionally. The Oceana to me is extremely good value considering what you get here. The rooms are spacious, plesently decorated, with a huge shower, I loved this aspect, it worked well. The all inclusive covers all areas of food and drink that you could wish for as mentioned, but the patisserie for the sweet tooths, the Turquoise bar for cocktails with Barisa, were the best for me. A few things I noticed that favours this hotel is it's very quiet, especially at night, the second is when talking to other guests, how many said they come back regularly, every year. We had some great interactions with other guests, conversations struck up in broken English, Turkish, and German. Our granddaughter struck up a friendship with a lovely German girl, they couldn't communicate but played, it was a moving sight. I'll finish with the lifeguards, especially Sidar, a wonderful young man who smiled and joked, and put that human touch to a difficult job. Keep up the fantastic work.
