A Fantastic Facility, an Unprofessional Entertainment Experience We left the facility where my spouse and I stayed with mixed feelings. Before I begin my review, I would like to state clearly that we do not belong to that group of people who find fault with everything and harbor complexes regarding language, nationality, or the expectation of special treatment. We are fully aware of the hotel's nature and operations, which are geared primarily towards foreign guests. Our aim is not to act like a demanding customer, but to highlight a serious issue regarding coordination and conduct that casts a shadow over the excellent work done at the hotel. First of all, credit must be given where it is due: All units, with the exception of the animation department, are running near-perfect operations. From the restaurants to the bars, the entire service staff is incredibly polite, friendly, and guest-oriented. We would like to extend our sincere thanks, particularly to Ms. Ülkü and Mr. Selim, for the genuine attention they showed and for their high standards of service. Our rooms were cleaned impeccably every day, and it was a very thoughtful gesture for the housekeeper to check in on us in the mornings. As for the groundskeeping staff, they are doing a truly heroic job with outdoor cleaning, instantly spotting and clearing away even the tiniest piece of trash. The culinary quality, flavors, and variety were also quite satisfactory. However, let's look at the other side of the coin: The hotel's entertainment team is a complete disappointment. In a 5-star, adults-only (16+) hotel, we even doubted the existence of an entertainment staff during the first few days. Lara, an entertainer on duty during the day, announces information about the pool activities by quickly circling the pool just as the activity is about to begin. If you aren't by the poolside at that moment, whether or not you miss the activities depends on chance. None of the standard dynamics—such as making preliminary announcements from the DJ booth or livening up the atmosphere with hit music—are present. What’s more, even when they do find participants, they abandon their posts and leave the guests to their own devices; there is absolutely no effort to manage the activity or liven up the atmosphere. We have no objection to external troupes performing in the evenings; that may be the hotel's preference. However, if we learn about the evening beach show from a waiter at the pool bar rather than the animation team, it indicates a serious management failure. It is incredible that the entertainment staff welcoming guests at the entrance to dinner are unable to provide details about the evening's show. We only realized how ineffective the entertainment manager was when we happened to learn, on the third day of our vacation, that he was actually the manager. But beyond all this, what shocked us the most was a scandal regarding tone. We heard one of the two female entertainers—whose names I will not mention—hurling unspeakable profanities during the event in a manner completely unbecoming of anyone, let alone a service industry worker or, above all, a woman. My spouse and I, as well as other guests nearby, directly witnessed this act of disrespect. I would like to make an appeal to the hotel management from here: This animation team—which lacks a sense of duty and suffers from behavioral issues, and which cannot even begin to compare to the staff in other departments (particularly Ms. Ülkü and Mr. Selim)—is seriously damaging your hotel's vision and quality. I hope the management will take the necessary steps regarding this negligence and the profanity scandal. We thank all other staff members who provide service.

I returned to this hotel after three years and was surprised to see that the small footbridge, still featured in the brochures, had disappeared—it used to add a lot of charm. The food in the main restaurant is very good. The service in the main restaurant—especially from the male waiters—is top-notch; kudos to that part of the team. The beach bar is also okay, though the service there isn't quite up to par with the restaurant. The rooms are clean and well-maintained—a big thank you to the housekeeping team. The only downside: some of the waitresses seemed very focused on tips—without a tip, they often ignored us and sometimes even avoided the table. The hotel is definitely in the 50+ category, so if you're looking for entertainment or nightlife, this isn't the place—it's almost dark by midnight. Would I return? Probably not.

Brilliant time at this most welcoming resort that was full of excellent surprises. The receptionists were super efficient, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Fabulous food, always so much choice and extremely tasty. The hard-working chefs were constantly ensuring that guests had everything they needed, a very nice touch. Highly impressed by the waiters and waitresses at meal times. Food in the main restaurant was lovely, with b-b-q each every loving prepared. There is food at the beach, and only because of the lack of facilities was there a more limited choice. Nevertheless, tasty snacks readily available. The beach is a stunning walk away, although there are regular shuttle buses and drivers are so polite that if they see you walking and have available space will stop to offer a lift. Beach furniture is high end, with excellent facilities including showers. Drinks were very good, although some of the cocktails could definitely be improved on. Two bars inside were perfect, the pool bar was average and the bar at beach was great. Room was spacious, immaculately cleaned, and with a terrific view. Friendly shops at good value, so no need to trek into town. Entertainment is rather good, with fun things like pool parties. Absolutely brilliant time here, highly recommended to friends and couples.
