Returned from there in june. I liked everything, especially I was impressed by variety of food, it had no end… However I’d like to pay managers’ attention to 2 details: 1. A tiny schedule font; 2. Worn-out and dirty headboards.

Lovely hotel it’s a massive resort, amazing water parks for the family. My kids and myself have been non stop all week, Shops are a 5 minute walk so everything is close. The only downfall from my stay was the “all inclusive” the ice creams are only from 4-6 I have been buying my from a stand in the resort I I think this should be included all day especially when traveling with kids. I haven’t found any snacks for the kids like crisps etc as of yet that would normally be in the “all inclusive” maybe because the hotel is so big and I haven’t yet come across a bar/stand with them. The funfair and arcade are a separate fee but it’s only from 16:30-18:30. Entertainment is hit and miss but the beach foam party was amazing the best entertainment I’ve been to abroad. Staff are friendly and the hotel clean. Constantly being cleaned throughout the day. The all inclusive food is hit and miss myself and my family wasn’t keen the kids stuck to mainly chips and nuggets and pasta but the restaurant is massive so it will definitely accommodate everyone’s tastes. I would definitely visit this hotel again but only based on the water park, cleanliness and how beautiful the hotel is.

Just got back from an amazing 10 night stay here. It’s our second time here and we absolutely love it! Hotel is just amazing, beautiful grounds, lots of cats and kittens about, beach with a pier, so many places to eat and drink. We spent most of our time at the aqua park pool as we love the slides, lazy river and jacuzzi. We played darts 🎯 pretty much every day which was lots of fun. Big shout at to Ali from animation who was super friendly and lots of fun. Also barman Eric, outside at big stage who made the best cocktails. Check in/check out all went smoothly and all the staff across the whole hotel do an amazing job. Cannot wait to come back for third time!
