Not the Luxury Experience We Expected ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) We chose Nirvana Dolce Vita expecting a truly premium holiday experience that would justify its high price. Unfortunately, our overall experience fell well below our expectations. While the hotel’s stunning natural surroundings and location are beautiful, the quality of service and food does not reflect the price. The biggest disappointment was the main restaurant. It looks outdated and poorly maintained, and the strong smell of food throughout the restaurant makes dining unpleasant. Hygiene standards also need significant improvement. Although there was a good variety of food, the quality of the ingredients was below expectations, and many dishes were excessively oily. The à la carte restaurants were equally disappointing. The food, presentation, and service did not feel like a premium dining experience. For a luxury resort, the absence of premium beverages served in glass bottles was surprising. In addition, there was no beverage service on the beach, and the quality of the ice cream was far below what we expected. There were a few positive aspects. The hotel’s natural setting is outstanding, we appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, and the medical service was professional and helpful. However, these positives were not enough to outweigh the negatives. At this price point, we expected better food quality, higher hygiene standards, a genuine premium beverage selection, and a much more refined dining and service experience. Overall rating: 2/5. The resort has great potential thanks to its location, but the value for money is simply not there. We hope the management focuses on improving the restaurants, hygiene, food quality, and overall premium service standards.

Our first stay at the Nirvana Dolce Vita was a complete success. The resort is beautiful and is located in a dreamlike setting in Tekirova. We have been spending our vacations in this region for over ten years, always on the other side of the bay at Rixos Tekirova until now. This year, we decided on the Nirvana Dolce Vita for the first time. As with any new hotel, you first need some orientation and time to settle in. It was precisely during this phase that hotel manager Muammer assisted us. His competence, his friendliness, and his genuine understanding of the guests' needs made a big difference. Especially as a group of ten people, his support was a real added value and ensured that we felt welcome and comfortable very quickly. The hotel was also impressive in terms of its culinary offerings. We visited various à la carte restaurants – Meyhane and Pescatore in particular were fantastic. The snack options are also diverse and very inviting. A special thank you goes to the kebab master Haydar as well as to the lady who prepares the fresh gözleme. Both were incredibly warm, very dedicated, and the food was excellent every time. The Turkish specialties are definitely among the highlights of the hotel. We would also like to highlight the team at the ice cream stand next to Starbucks and Gusto. All staff members were extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. This also applies to the patisserie team in this area, which impressed us with its warm manner and delicious delicacies. The leisure activities are also outstanding. As a great lover of the sea and diving, the early morning stand-up paddling tour with Coach Yunus was an absolute highlight for me. The tour to Cleopatra Bay was an unforgettable experience – crystal-clear water, impressive nature, and a dreamlike backdrop. Anyone who loves nature should definitely not miss this activity. Another highlight was our days in a cabana. The quiet, exclusive atmosphere, the attentive service, and the high-quality catering made this day something very special. Here, one could enjoy the unique location right by the sea to the fullest and relax completely. For those who want to treat themselves to something special during their vacation, we can unreservedly recommend a cabana – for us, it was an exclusive experience that perfectly rounded off our stay. A small suggestion for improvement concerns the Crispy Kids Club. Overall, the indoor area seems a bit small and, in our view, still has potential. Especially for families with children, more play options, more varied toys, as well as additional creative and age-appropriate activities would be desirable. Especially on very hot days or in bad weather, a larger and more diversely designed indoor area would significantly enhance the offering for children. Overall, the Nirvana Dolce Vita thrilled us with its beautiful grounds, outstanding service, excellent gastronomy, and special experiences. We would love to come back.

This was our first time choosing this hotel with friends, it was a lot of fun. The food was high quality and delicious, the drinks were great, the pool and the sea were clean, and the location was fantastic. Thanks to Mr. Dorukhan from the Guest team.
