Esra Hotel & Family Suite

Terrible the bathroom is mouldy and hole in the roof and then they messed up all the rooms

One of the best Hotels I have ever been to. Staff are excellent and mega helpful.

With my family. We spent 4 nights at your hotel. Your animation team is very sweet and their attention to detail is excellent. Your food is superb, there's so much variety, it's impossible to choose everything! The flavors are excellent. I'd especially like to mention the guy making the pita bread and pizza at the snack bar; he's very skilled. Ice cream served at lunchtime, soup at night, what more could you ask for? Room cleaning is done daily; the only thing missing would be cleaning under the beds and addressing the strange smell in the bathroom. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to making our stay enjoyable. Hoping to see you again.
