Aqua Fantasy Aquapark And Spa

I hate having to give a bad review, but this hotel is awful! The only main poolside entertainment was water polo (except where on one day they did 2 dances and then on one day a spoon finding game but then buggered off soon as it was over) - the only time you saw them was when they were trying to sell bingo tickets or sitting chatting and smoking to a family at their loungers- There was no atmosphere at all! I spoke to another guest about the daytime pool entertainment and they were told the boss is very lazy and doesn’t give them activities to do so they just wander around trying to look busy. Don’t bother trying to get served at the swim up bar as you’re just ignored. The evening entertainment wasn’t the best but way better than during the day. The food in the pearl restaurant by the beach was quite nice and clean, staff very attentive and friendly. The à la carte steakhouse was pretty decent. The food in the main restaurant is absolutely awful! Repetitive, cold and covered in flies! Tables always left dirty so having to clear our own was almost a nightly occurrence! We found some of the staff quite rude. On our 4th night I was struck down with excruciating diarrhoea and sickness (I’m now just home and I’m still poorly so seeing my gp tomorrow) The rooms are kept clean and neat. Overall, £5,000 down the drain.

We have been here before, and it was fantastic, hence why we came back. Never again. The place is definitely not a 5 star anymore! The food is repetitive and tastes awful! Flies all over the food. I mean there was hundreds of them, not just on food on the tables etc, they were just everywhere! . We got up and walked out. It is vile. The hotel is boring. Nothing exciting ever happens, no foam party, inflatable, games in pool (apart from water polo) it is so bad.the drinks around the pool are flat and taste awful. The water park is in need of a renovation. Lazy river?? You need to walk it to get round it! The food n drink is not included in there! The rooms were never cleaned properly we had to ask for them to be cleaned. We were bite in bed so bed! You had kids knocking on ur door n running away. The beach was ok. The pier was still nice! The watersports on the beach were so expensive! The steak house was nice! But not very hot. The entertainment team tried their best with the facilities they had! The only goid thing about this hotel is the amount of sunbeds there was! There was plentiful all times of day. We ended up going off site alot. Tui rep was not helpful at all. I would consider anyone to have a good think and a good look at all the reviews before booking here! We will never return.

Amazing holiday, I loved every minute of it. I am a fussy eater but restaurant has all variety’s of food for me. I would like to thank Ellie and Tugay from entertainment team they made the whole holiday a good laugh thank you so much
