There were no plans to stop by this hotel at all. But Coral Travel failed with another hotel and ruined his entire vacation. And we had to pay extra and check into this hotel on July 16, 2026. What to say inside the rooms are normal, the receptionists are good and the cleaners are unobtrusive (like in the same Egypt). But the hotel doesn't have its own territory from the word at all. And go to the beach you will be like in Anapa to the public beach with the locals. The beach is dirty, all littered with cigarette bulls and other garbage. The hotel does not provide towels for a trip to the beach. In general if you agree as in Anapa or Gelendzhik just go to the common beach with the Turks and wash on the sand your shopping towel then you can choose this hotel. Although I think it's better to go for Gelendzhik - cheaper and no worse. Sun loungers can be rented on the beach , but it is very expensive to do so every day, and it will not be possible, as in closed hotels, to go eat and come back - pay a new one . In terms of variety of food sadness, in some hotel in Hurghada - like Minamark or KingToot choice more and more varied food. In Turkey, though, less spice is closer to ours, which is a plus, unlike Egypt (but it is a feature of Egypt as a whole). Since you will be in this hotel exclusively with Turks, the attitude towards alcohol in the hotel is peculiar. The Turks will complain about you to the administration. And the administration will threaten you at the very beginning of your vacation with no refund. Therefore, the hotel does not recommend.

arrived and not allowed into the room till 2pm the bathroom was filthy and never cleaned in the 10 days we were there sheets never changed had to help ourselves to towels as none left food not good and same every day not enough room at the pool would not recommend this hotel

I ve been going to this hotel for 18 years sometimes with family and also solo. This year was horrendous once I had sheets changed in 2 week stay and had to adk for it on several occasions no towels were left in room. Floor was dirty o arrival and never once cleaned in two weeks The windows on balcony were absolutely shocking all finger prints. The manager was not interested in English guests only turkish I asked to kerp my room for 6 hours on day of checkout was told 57 pounds and the girl on reception said 20 euros day before just totally ripping people off. The sockets on wall came out wall when pulling plugs out and the wall lights were ready to fall off wall. I shall not return to this hotel again which is a huge shame and it has a great location and used to be such high class and treated guests well Do not go unless your turkish.
