The hotel is decorated to a very high standard, I couldnt believe the pictures were accurate until I saw it in person. The staff have been very friendly and accomodating at every turn. This is our first family holiday and we are very glad we picked Batihan. Thank you for your help Ali.

This family and child-friendly hotel allows you to come with your loved ones with peace of mind. With its animation team, delicious food, polite and attentive staff, and the addition of sea, pool, and sun, it's an unforgettable holiday. The hotel has been renovated and exudes quality. The rooms are spacious and practical. The sea, sandy beach, and everything else are within easy reach. Come on, come on, you won't be able to give it up again!

We booked a room at Batıhan Beach Resort & SPA in Kuşadası, specifically requesting a swim-up family room, all from İzmir. Before making the reservation, on July 8, 2026, I called the hotel's website at 0 256 610 08 18 and asked three times if the pools in front of the swim-up rooms were only for the use of guests staying in those rooms. I clearly explained that due to my health condition I couldn't use the main pool and that we specifically chose this room type to have access to a relatively quieter pool that is used by fewer people. The staff member I spoke to on the phone stated unequivocally that the pool is exclusively for guests staying in swim-up rooms. I was surprised when we checked into the hotel and were told that the pools in front of the swim-up area were open to everyone. I then called the same number again at 13:35 and asked again if the pool was only for those staying in swim-up rooms, and this time the lady who answered the phone said again that it was only for those using those rooms. But in practice, the pool was used by everyone, just like a public pool. There was a constant stream of people coming and going in front of our room, the noise was constant, and the pool was very crowded. If this had been honestly explained to us before booking, we definitely wouldn't have chosen a swim-up room; we would have opted for a standard family room instead. The problems we experienced during our stay did not end with this. On the second night, a strong smell of sewage and urine began to emanate from the toilet in the room. They worked until 2:00 AM to get rid of the smell, they removed the toilet's ventilation, they tried various things, but the smell didn't go away. We spoke to the night manager and requested a room change, but were told the hotel was full and they could look for another room the next day. When we went to reception the next day, we couldn't get a room change, nor was a concrete solution offered; it turned out they didn't have another room in the swim-up category that we could be exchanged for. As a result, we were both misinformed by phone beforehand and forced to choose a swim-up room, and then we had to use this room in a noisy and uncomfortable area that was used like a shared pool, on top of all that, surrounded by a strong urine odor. If we had booked a standard family room, we could have used the same pool anyway, but it feels like we paid the highest price for the most uncomfortable conditions. This vacation, for which we paid a total of 137,500 TL, turned out to be a huge disappointment for us, as we went there to rest after my treatment. I do not recommend it. Also, it's a very noisy hotel.
