Belmare Hotel

I am a teacher for individuals with special needs; I have muscular dystrophy and a disability. I am under the supervision of a professor. I called twice before arriving to confirm that it had a pool view, but I was shocked at the reception. I specified the side facing the pool. If I wanted a land view, I would have said land. I was told that even in other hotels, it's not specified beforehand that the pool is land. Is this a joke? I'll state it clearly: I checked on Tatilbudur (a Turkish online marketplace), and there are both good and bad reviews. I thought I'd give it a try, so I helped young people. I AM A HELPFUL PERSON. They gave permission. "May God bless you, sister," they said to the children, "I'm so happy like this." I even go to my students' homes with gifts just to make them happy. Helping an employee is not a bad thing. Because that's how I was raised. I would like to thank the cheerful housekeeping supervisor, her husband, and her son for their assistance. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the employees once again. A big thank you to the petite lady who came to clean the room, and thank you so much to the receptionist who even had cherry 🍒 earrings 🤍💖🤲 They had been drinking alcohol and made rude remarks to customers, which triggered my health issues; I filed a complaint. I was taken to the hospital. You shouldn't be cruel to someone with a disability, someone with muscular dystrophy. I was clearing the table with the children too. THIS IS A GOOD DEED. I will be admitted to the hospital on the 19th. I hope my illness hasn't relapsed. I don't know who the hotel manager is, but there's NO such thing as "get well soon." The gentleman at the reception desk didn't wear a wristband, even though it was all-inclusive. How many times have I passed by here, they should be reminded, "Madam, we didn't put a bracelet on you." I thank certain people, and I also thank the young people in the pool area. I'm so glad they exist. A smile, a warm glance is enough. My health process is ongoing. I will explain this situation to the professors. If they showed me who helped me, who didn't pay attention to their manners, and who the hotel manager was who didn't thank me, I would tell them. And let's not forget, every person is a POTENTIAL PERSON WITH A DISABILITY. Yes, I have overheard people saying the food is always the same and very bad when they're getting their meals. The comments were accurate; it wasn't just an experience, it was a lesson learned. The stress and sadness coming from the other side devastated me. I was mistreated at reception when I arrived in the afternoon, and especially in the evening. I left lovely notes for lovely people. I didn't tell my family, it would have caused problems. But I will tell everyone around me. Let those wonderful people work there. What also made me happy was that I met a special individual there. They are my heart. ❤️ This heart belongs to her. I ordered food, but it was always half-finished. Oh, and I also filmed a video of the broken shower cabin in my room. God forbid something happens, what will happen? Management needs to pay attention. I'd advise the young man at the reception to be careful what he says. Everything is included, but there's no wristband. HE NEVER REMINDED ME. From the food to the cleanliness, this is the worst hotel I've ever visited. There are dark stains on the walls of the room we are staying in. The top part of the entrance door is broken. You need to give the air conditioner 1 hour to start working. All the fountains are old, they've only put out two towels, neither hand towels nor head towels, although even if they had, we probably wouldn't have used them.

We are currently staying at the hotel. Let's say the cleanliness is good. I would like to especially thank the housekeeper, Ms. Nazan, for her help and attention. The location is good, yes, mostly families are there, the room is nice, and the staff at the snack bar are very helpful. However, I kindly request that a solution be found urgently regarding the main courses. Breakfast is good, but I cannot say the same for lunch and dinner.
