Fantasia Hotel De Luxe

Good service and very friendly Fun entertainment

We stayed as a group of three between July 18th and 21st. The staff were very friendly, the quick check-in was great, and having two room cards was a nice touch. The pools are very nice, clean and airy, and come in all sizes. The daily cleaning of the rooms is excellent. The snacks are very good, and the ice cream is high quality and lasts a long time. The only negative point is that we couldn't understand why the internet in the rooms was chargeable. The sea is deep for those who can't swim, and there's no beach to swim in. The staff brings the drinks, and you have to wait for meals. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you Fantasia onder_cennet_iklimya

-I stayed at the hotel for four nights and five days between the 20th and 24th. -Thanks to Mr. Gökhan and his team who initiated our check-in process, we were greeted in a very helpful and attentive manner upon arrival, and they escorted us to our rooms after completing the check-in process. They processed everything very quickly. I stayed in three separate rooms with my guests. All the rooms were spotlessly clean during my stay. -The pools and sun loungers were very clean and there were enough. There were pools of different sizes and depths. I witnessed the restaurant area being meticulously cleaned by staff every evening while I was eating. - In the restaurant section, I think Mr. Macit and his team are doing an excellent job. The food definitely ranks among the best of my vacation. They are all very delicious and of high quality. I think the variety was sufficient. The drinks arrived quickly at the tables via the staff; one order was enough. - The snack bar section was constantly replenished, ensuring the plates were never empty. The ice cream in this section was from a famous company and was perfect for the summer heat. - The beverage sections are legendary. Although they might seem like young friends, they clearly demonstrated that experience has nothing to do with age. - I would also like to thank Mr. Yahya and the other colleagues I met in the animation department; they made sure we had a wonderful and enjoyable time. - The events held every evening were incredibly wonderful; I enjoyed each and every one of them, every Turkish night :) - I would like to thank the entire Fantasia Hotel family, starting with Mr. Gökhan at the entrance and continuing with Mr. Macit, Mr. Yahya, and all the other friendly staff members whose names I couldn't mention, for this wonderful holiday.
