Very nice place,large,beautiful and clean rooms in an elegant suite. Big plasma in both of the rooms, fridge/minibar, confortable bathroom, terrace with stunning sea view. Maids are kind and helpful. Also the waiters. Reception staff not too liked !

What can I say? Absolutely awful from day one. I've been all over Europe and alot of SE Asia and North America so I am well used to "local" hotels but I have to say this one did absolutely nothing to enhance the holiday of its' British guests. They staff were at best uninterested verging on beligerent and at worst violent towards the British. I've never felt racially discriminated against by hotel staff before and that's exactly how they made me feel. The holiday was supposed to be all inclusive. Now I've never been on an ai holiday before but I was led to understand normally there is a reasonable choice of food and drinks available. Not here! Drinks available were Beer, Vodka, Gin, Raki and white wine ONLY. Hotel refused point blank to stock a better choice when requested. Coke was supermarket own brand and no fresh fruit juices for kids only squash. Food was diabolical. I've eaten from street vendors in Hong Kong and Thailand and in Newton in Singapore so DO like local dishes but some families were in tears at the choice available. ONE choice of main course at lunch and dinner and during my weeks stay included offal twice (described as chicken insides by the staff), chicken casseroled but so small pieces and boney it was more like rabbit, fish same as the chicken, inedible due to the bones, rest of week the meat was processed and akin to dog food so I cannot even tell you if it was lamb or beef. Breakfast was the same all week, boiled eggs,cheese and spam plus obligatory salad. Tea and coffee but no fresh milk only coffee mate. This would run out during service hours and take up to 20 mins to be replenished by uninterested staff as would most of the cutlery, plates and bread. Snack service at pool bar was burgers you would pay 20p for from Iceland for as long as they lasted. If you was British, the Turks all got theirs first then you were informed they had run out. So I only managed to have one all week and wished I hadn't bothered. No internet as advertised just wi fi access so take your laptop. Kids pool not filled up all week despite young children staying. No gym No entertainment. Piano in bar even had the lid taped down shut. Location at top of very steep hill totally unsuitable for the elderly, asthmatics, young families with prams etc. All in all an unpleasant experience. If accomodation only it may have been acceptable but for crying out loud not all inclusive. I spent a fortune eating out as the resort prices were akin to those in the UK. Steak dinner £10 cocktails £4.50. In fact I ate at Frankie and Benny's in the O2 last night for exactly the same price as it was in Kusadasi. The whole resort is geared up to extract the pound from your pocket and once they've had it you can go F*** yourselves.

Went all inclusive and was bitterly disappointed and not what wew expected at all. Ended up spending much more than we expected. Rooms basic but at least had air con. Food absolutely terrible. If not for local bars we would have starved. Pool small and basic. No entertainment at all. Definitely not for families with kids. Nothing for them to do. One young scottish family had paid £1000 and were gutted . Some staff OK. Helpful but inexperienced and out of their depth. Other staff offhand and Manager totally disinterested. Very limited bar and snacks. Not even a vending machine for out of hours. No garden or shop as advertised and no fitness room. Rep was useless, not interested in concerns, only wanted to sell tours. Nearly put us off Turkey all together. Thank God for the sunshine!!
