We had a wonderful stay at Gultepe Apartments. We felt treated like true royalty from the first to the last day. The facility is family-run, and you can immediately sense the love and care that the family dedicates to the guests. The three brothers who manage the facility were exceptional: each one kinder, more helpful, and more caring than the other. They always had a smile and a kind word for us, making us feel at home. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the sea, perfect for those seeking a relaxing vacation. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the breakfast was simply delicious, with fresh products and plenty of variety. We recommend this place to anyone seeking authentic hospitality, kindness, and a family atmosphere. We will definitely return! First time back at Gultepe for about 7 or 8 years but pleased to say everything is still as it was, from the welcome to the food. (The Turkish breakfast is sensational) Just 100 metres from the sandy Ladies Beach and even closer to 2 dolmus routes for getting into Kusadasi. You really can trust the 3 brothers with your life. Lazy days by the pool or just sitting outside your appartment, time spent at Gultepe appartments will be remembered for many years. Thanks to all

If we plan the Kushadas, it's only to this hotel! Very much loved the hosts, good breakfast, cleanliness! And most importantly, what I love is silence! No discotheques from nearby hotels and all that noise. Near the beach and the markets. No air conditioning was used, it was not so hot in June, tiles either, but all the necessary dishes were. The safe in the room didn't notice, to be honest.
