Hotel Og-Erim

There is a lot to say about this "hotel", for example that it is not even worthy of street animals! In the first room we were given, you had the feeling of suffocating when you entered the room, the air conditioning sounded like a tractor and switched itself off every 5-6 minutes and the toilet started to run on its own when you sat on it. You could only wash your face the next morning with hot water, and you could only shower with alternating cold and boiling water. We then asked for a new room because this was simply unacceptable. When we arrived in the second room, the room smelled COMPLETELY of mold, you were just afraid to breathe. You absolutely could not walk around barefoot in this "room", the bathroom had mold on every corner. The air conditioning in this room didn't work either! You can't open or close the balcony door unless you're a strong man (although they actually had trouble with it). After we spent more time at reception than in the room because of the balcony door and the manager finally tried it himself, he told us that the door was "new" and therefore difficult to open and close, but that we would get a coffee on the house. Ridiculous!!!!! The pictures on the internet have absolutely NOTHING to do with reality. You can't have 2 people in a double room because it's much too small. It was definitely the worst experience we've had and I wouldn't even stay there again for money. It's just a hole and inhumane!

Nice staff, very pleased,ready to help all the time.Clean pool. Classic breakfast. Location on hill, but lot of fresh air on the balcony, we went with taxi. Good Wi fi at room. I would give excellent, but there is no lift.
